这不是最好的时代。加密世界的建设进程中荆棘遍布，途径加密经济前往数字文明旅途中的早期探索者，正如最早在丛林中跌落草原的一群小猴子，世界充满新奇，却也时时狼狈不堪，一批一批前赴后继在生死中浴火重生。
These are not the best of times. The process of building an encrypted world is fraught with obstacles, and the early explorers on the road to digital civilisation via the encrypted economy are like the monkeys that first fell into the jungle prairie. The world is full of novelty, but also sometimes in a sorry state, a batch of one after another in life and death in the resurrection.
这却也是最好的时代。如同这些先行者在凶险艰难的生存环境里不断激发出原始的智慧能量，无爪牙之力、无筋骨之强，却缔造出地球生物链最顶端的高于生存层面的统治力与破坏力；现在的这些Web3建设者与加密世界探索者在这次途径加密经济前往数字文明时代的进程中，注定会缔造与AI、DID等在数字时代丛林竞争的生存环境中更为高明的文明形态。
It was also the best of times. As these pioneers in the dangerous and difficult living environment continue to stimulate the original intelligence energy, no claws, no muscle and bone strength, creating a dominant and destructive force at the very top of the Earth's biological chain; now the WEB3 builders and explorers of the cryptographic world are on their way to a digital civilization through an economy of cryptography, destined to create AI, DID and other in the digital age jungle competition in the survival environment of the more sophisticated form of civilization.
因此，ThePrimediaDAO在熊市里艰难前行甚至回归内容投研业务，但我们仍坚信如同人类始祖仰望星空追问生命何来去往何处般筹谋在人类前往未来数字文明时代进程中加密经济的角色、地位与功用。也因此我们在以生存为基础的投研业务中仍然努力向上pitch价值，与Web3世界早期探索者一起缔造高于加密世界生存法则的新的秩序规章与生态范式。
As a result, the PRIMEDIADAO has struggled in the bear market and even returned to the content investment and research business, but we still believe in the role, status and function of the cryptoeconomy as our ancestors looked up at the stars and asked where life came from. And so we continue to pitch value in our survival-based research business, working with the early explorers of the Web3 world to create new order rules and ecological paradigms that transcend the laws of the encrypted world.

To do this, we need to iterate over the medium itself, evolve into the Web3 media protocol, and co-exist with the encryption ecosystem. On the basis of the WEB3 foundation white paper, we have done some thinking and revision on the basis of practice, forming the following four iterations of the operating strategy planning charter.

4.0幻境：虚实共生
4.0 fantasy: the symbiosis of reality and fiction
大概十数年后我们将会进入到元宇宙世界——可能会是别的称谓，但现在我们的元宇宙感念，其大体轮廓接近于我们理解为人类进入到了虚实共生的数字文明时代，至于在此之后百年间的样貌可以参考影视创作者的想象。

媒介在这个时代会以什么形式存在，发挥着怎样的功用，将超乎我们在Web2媒体迭代纸质媒体中看到的创造力与破坏力——在商业媒体服务商业生态的范式中体现了互联网时代媒介链接商业的能力，但同时基于媒介即信息的流量经济、粉丝经济，也涤荡了纸质媒体时代新闻媒体的社会价值功用，内容创作沦落为卖艺求生。

我们寄希望于数字文时代基于内容的媒介形态可以发挥更为有价值的社会角色，必须突破我们在下面要描述的前三个阶段以链接B端生态为核心的产品定位，扩展到内容媒介对于数字时代DID身份与信息、价值、信誉乃至社会关系的融汇。
这个过程中，我们有机会复活物理世界新闻媒体之于西方文明生态「第四权力」的叙事；我们也有机会在Web3迭代Web2媒体中完成内容媒介的信息载体到价值主体的的叙事；然后，相应的DID身份与社会关系图谱逐渐丰满，它可能与AI、DID要素深入结合甚至绑定，最终形成数字文明时代媒介形态的画像与功用的筹谋。
这会是在未来十余年时间Web3媒介实践、加密经济探索、元宇宙建构以及AI与DID等数字文明要素全面发展与完善过程中逐渐实现的路径期待。
3.0生态树：媒介协议
与上述媒介形态的幻境描述不同，在Web3媒介协议阶段我们有着明确的产品形态——加密生态树。
在ThePrimediaDAO开展内容投研业务过程中，我们不断接触一些在不断摸索、调整中确立新的项目形态的Web3项目。旁观者清！我突然意识到，过去我们对自己所要投身其中的「Web3媒介变革Web2媒体」的思考并不深邃。
这逼迫我们停下来重新思考——自去年10月份我们做了Web3基础要件白皮书，过去几个月我们不断校正方向、思索出路、确立新的节奏，这个过程中我们尝试着回到我最初加入区块链这个行业的初心那里去思索这个项目存在的必要性、成功的可能性以及实践的可行性。
故事要从2007年的一条财经新闻开始讲起，这里要补充一段我的区块链生涯历程。2007年「九四」监管进入我的视野，那时候我还在互联网媒体变革传统纸媒的余震中喟叹「新闻理想时况日下」。一点经济学的背景帮助我理解到区块链是可以变革生产关系的，怀揣着区块链变革新闻媒体产业的野心，我毅然加入了区块链行业。

在那个币圈喧嚣的时代，我艰难腾挪寻找可以安放自己情怀的处所，但步履维艰。兜兜转转，2020年底在区块链进化到DeFi协议时代我与火星财经（MarsBit）王峰结识，在火星财经旗下孵化内容投研项目火星投研。

这个期间我还念念不忘「区块链变革新闻媒体」的野望，也是从在办公室里和小朋友们谈及我的币圈生涯的摸索与对未来的期望，期间Mirror出现，DAO出现，NFT出现，似乎这件事情有了可循之迹。

但在2021年间这段火星投研的岁月历练之后，我把心思收敛在了在加密经济生态做区块链变革媒体，而业务的核心也会聚焦在内容投研。2022年上半年我们拿到一笔小小的种子轮融资，开发Web2端媒体网站theprimedia，布局海外纯应为市场，定位为内容投研类媒体项目。为了确定内容投研赛道和项目，我和研究员做了DID、NFT、Desocial、Web3以及公链等赛道的研报，认为Web3基础设施的实践以及公链/Layer2的进步已经可以支撑Web3媒介项目，毅然决定向Web3进军，项目定位为Web3基础要件。

Web3基础要件白皮书的内容此处不做详述，但我们会在这次思索中进一步明确价值判断——Web2时代媒体行业最大的问题是什么，为什么我们需要Web3媒介？这正是标题所交代的主旨——我们首先要思考当下Web3对内容创作这个领域的变革力量，并向上pitch Web3媒介协议语境下媒介在加密生态的角色与功用。
与ThePrimediaDAO在分工协作、共研共创这个环节的内容创作经济一样，诸多内容创作DAO已经在做着卓有成效的变革Web2时代平台对于创作者的「不友好乃至盘剥」，将数据权力与价值权益归还创作者，并给予创作者DID声誉、信誉的赋能。
但在Web3媒介协议框架里，创作者经济应该更大成都释放内容创作者作为Web3生态Builder的能量——在「以Builder经济论Web3应用迭代逻辑与价值机会」中我们探讨过广义上的Builder经济概念，比如比特币挖矿、DeFi流动性挖矿以及PLay2E等实践，都是Builder用户的贡献/数据资产化的权益回报的表现——因此整个Web3生态建设者，包括矿工、开发者、创作者、运营者等所有的在Web3生态建设中提供有价值的劳动付出并因此可以获得相应的权益回报。
因此，在广义的Builder经济语境里看Web3媒介协议框架中的创作者经济，创作者以内容创作参与Web3媒介协议并与Web3媒介协议在加密生态中东方功用相结合，以此获得相应的Builder贡献。
2.0ThePrimediaDAO：共研共创与生态共建
这是去年我们白皮书计划的主体内容，此处简要概括描述。Web3基础要件承担着在加密生态中以去中心化的web3媒体协议为基础的媒体如何发挥智能合约和Token机制进行生态共建的任务；我们希望这是一个与加密生态建设者共同成长、我们可以深度参与加密生态的需求与服务融合的一个原生的web3媒介项目——因此ThePrimediaDAO运营的重心是Web3技术变革产业为基础的核心建设者群体构成的加密生态树。而实现路径正是在ThePrimediaDAO进行分工协作、共研共创与生态共建。
1.0孵化：内容策划与内容投研
在过去几个月我们与SafeTreasury、DeFund进行内容投研业务合作、与TigerVCDAO、NonceGeekDAO、CrossSpace and Type V DAO 、Assure _ pro and Assure Wallet以及@PeterG2100 @MetaJames8 @satoshi_song @lvxuan147 @ChangyongLiu @dysonisme @Abdulla31280434进行内容策划。这些实践是我们形成四大发展阶段战略规划并进行此次思路整理的基础。
去年上半年拿到第一轮种子轮融资之后我们同时启动中文出海市场、欧美英文市场的运营，并很快基于Web2端网站平台向Web3媒介协议进发。十月份在熊市里启动第二轮天使轮融资的艰难给了我们不断校正发展路径并做减法回归我们最擅长的以内容策划为核心进行内容投研业务开发。
当然，我们艰辛Web3时代的生存范式会有更多的机会与挑战，这也是开篇我们宏大场景叙述的信仰所在。只是，活下来，才有未来！希望我们可以与砥砺前行的加密生态Builder共勉，愿我们在更高处见。
