In order to ensure a good garden environment, yesterday, the municipal Landscaping Bureau, together with public security, urban management and law enforcement departments, carried out civilized garden law enforcement actions in Wenyuhe park. It is understood that this year, the city’s parks and scenic spots will focus on four kinds of uncivilized behaviors, including unscientific wearing masks, gathering together, disobedience to order, reselling tickets, etc.

According to Peng Qiang, director of the Park Department of the Municipal Bureau of landscaping, since April 2020, the city has launched a three-year special rectification action on uncivilized garden behavior. So far, the city’s parks have cooperated with local public security departments to enforce the law 660 times, with urban management departments to enforce the law 1020 times, with cultural and tourism departments to include 51 people in the “record of tourism uncivilized behavior”, and introduced more than 147000 civilized guides and volunteers to carry out voluntary services in the park. Since the launch of the special rectification action, the number of complaints about uncivilized garden visiting behavior in the citizen hotline has decreased by more than 30% compared with the previous period.
