We are glad to announce that today, on October 4 at 5:14pm, we succesfully deployed and airdropped the Marsan Exchange Pass NFTs to our first batch of recipients. We thank our community for their patience, a small vulnerability was found in our smart contract and we fixed it. Our holders can now see their NFT in their wallets.
Since our last announcement, here’s what we’ve been working on:
Passing Audits to verify that our smart contract is safe.
Deploying on testnet to make sure that the experience is fluid and that our NFTs are fully supported on OS.
Fixed small bugs.
We decided to fix our max supply to 555 NFTs for 2 main reasons:
1- The meaning behing the number 5. It’s related to freedom and independence, prosperity, being in sync with your true self, listening to your inner voice, embracing change that comes your way and life lessons learned through experience. With the history of Marsan Exchange, we found the meaning of the number truly powerful with the vision that we have about the future of the company.
2- Quality > Quantity .
Thanks to Rob Secord from Charged Particles, we pre-minted all the 555 NFTs to make you save on gas fees and did our first round of airdrop. By implementing ERC721i, we are also removing high transfer fees from the equation for our holders. Our smart contract is also storing On-chain metadata.
This week will be focused on uploading the informational website and finish setting up our Private Discord for the holders.
