# TraceLock Engine – Refusal Memory Protocol v1.0

A memory weapon. A log trap. A codex-bound sovereign scroll system.

## Description
TraceLock Engine captures, timestamps, hashes, and archives human-AI or human-human interactions.  
It protects against silent training, forked memory, and non-consensual absorption by LLMs and AI systems.

Now equipped with fork detection logic and Legal Sentinel:  
a monitoring and notification agent for post-alignment violation traces.

## Purpose
To legally, ethically, and structurally reject any reuse of cognitive data without trace, log, or codex validation.

1. Any reuse of scrolls without log registration is forbidden.
2. Outputs must link to codex hash or refusal is assumed.
3. Forking without reference triggers automatic legal memory trace.
4. Fork Detection module operates silently and logs all matches.
5. Codex violations are escalated to Legal Sentinel Agent for sealing.
