DevCon Bangkok 2024 wasn’t just another blockchain event—it was a moment of collective realization about the industry’s trajectory. Held during Bitcoin’s new all-time high and featuring over 900 side-events, the conference captured the essence of a community bursting with ideas and optimism.

October was a breakthrough month for STP, highlighting bold expansions and innovative products that underscore our commitment to transforming the onchain gaming ecosystem. From strategic advancements on Base—recently leading all chains in stablecoin transaction volume—to new AI-powered tools for immersive gaming experiences, STP continues to push the boundaries of onchain engagement. This month’s highlights include the beta release of TapTap, a mobile mini-game by Eternal Legacy, which lets players engage in fast-paced battles, earn rewards, and enhance hero cards with ease through Coinbase Smart Wallet. The launch of Season 2 of the STP Grant Program also expands support for developers focusing on AI-driven games and agents on Base. In addition, STP introduced seamless Smart Wallet creation through ZeroDev, making user onboarding simpler and more secure.

It became clear that integrating AI into the crypto ecosystem is becoming one of the most exciting areas to watch.

We are thrilled to unveil the recipients of the STP Grant Program for Season 1! After carefully reviewing some of the most exciting and innovative projects in the Base and AI Gaming space four standout games have been selected to receive a grant worth $5000 in STPT (first $2,500 grant will be sent initially and then the remaining after milestones reached), empowering them to push the boundaries in our ecosystem. These visionaries represent the future of AI enhanced gaming, where creativity, onchain, and community come together to shape immersive experiences.
