A new chapter for Herafi begins on 12 May 2025
We are pleased to confirm that the $HERA presale will open on 12 May 2025 at 10:00 UTC on the Optimism network. This is the sole opportunity to acquire $HERA at mint—there will be no subsequent farming programs, retro-active airdrops, or advisor sales.

If you miss the presale, your only option will be to buy on the open market.
After launch, the only way to acquire new tokens will be through DEX (e.g. Uniswap) or secondary market.

Purpose: Initial capital for development and operations
This represents the vesting schedule if all 2.2 million tokens from the presale are sold. However, the distribution will be proportionally adjusted if the hard cap isn't reached. For example, if only 200,000 tokens are sold during the presale, just 20,000 tokens will be distributed on the first day (10%). We will strictly adhere to the defined percentage allocations regardless of the total amount sold.
Use of funds (soft-cap scenario)
A healthy token economy needs liquidity and a runway. We commit 25% of whatever we raise straight into a 50/50 pool; this absorbs the first wave of trading without starving the project of capital.

The funds raised for the team will be used to expand our staff and keep the team focused and dedicated to the project over the coming months. We have many features to add in the upcoming months, which demands time and a larger team to deliver quality results.

9–11 May is about commitment with zero risk: register your wallet and lock in a 20% discount—nothing more.

12 May starts the presale and the instant-refund window; you keep full control of your ETH until you are 100 % comfortable.The sale closes on 14 May (or once the hard-cap is hit). Immediately after, funds and tokens move to a 3-of-5 multisig, and the contracts enter competitive audits on CodeHawks or Cantina (TBD).
Only when every critical finding is resolved do we trigger liquidity deployment on Optimism—your cue that $HERA is live, tradeable, and already earning protocol fees for stakers.
Even after the presale ends and funds have been transferred to the multisig wallet, users can still request refunds. However, since the funds will have been moved, they will need to contact the team through a ticket in our Discord server.
If the soft-cap is not reached, funds will remain in the contract until the community decides whether they wish to proceed with the contribution, even though the soft-cap wasn't achieved.
We want everyone to feel comfortable contributing and to help us build a strong, united community. If you wish to request a refund, you are welcome to do so.
