Binaryx is a marketplace of tokenized real estate where you can invest as little as $50, become a Bali penthouse co-owner in the real world, and start earning rental income. In May and during the summer, we’re listing a few new apartments in Bali.
We want to make this investment as affordable as possible for our community — that’s why we’re launching the Web3 Landlord Quest! First 500 participants who complete it will share 25,000 USDT from the prize pool — they will get one $50 real estate token on Binaryx Marketplace for free. They will start owning this gorgeous penthouse in Bali and earn rental income of up to 22% APY!
The remaining 275,000 USDT will be distributed as vouchers worth 5–40 USDT, allowing you to buy real estate tokens on Binaryx Marketplace at a lower price.
New property sales are scheduled for May 23, the end of June, and July. We will distribute the rewards 3 times — before each sale.
What about BNRX airdrop?
Binaryx Platform will release its utility token, BNRX, later this year. Every participant who completes the Quest and gets the Early Adopter NFT will become eligible.

So, what is the Quest?
Binaryx Marketplace has a testnet app where you can buy virtual villas for virtual USDT. Also, we are present on many web3 platforms and social media: we host AMAs on Link3, organize social media activities on Zealy, introduce our project on Layer3, and much more.
In the Web3 Landlord Quest, we will ask you to complete 5 quests on 5 platforms. For completing each one, you will get a corresponding role on Binaryx Discord.
The quests aren’t difficult themselves, but some of them can’t be done at once. For example, on Zealy, you will need to earn 5100 experience points — and the tasks for that will be added during the program.
Can I get Early Adopter NFT without completing the Quest?
Almost! If you’ve invested in tokenized real estate on our platform and own at least 2 property tokens (bAsset) on our Marketplace on mainnet, you’re already halfway through the Quest. All you need to do more is invite 3 users who complete the Testnet task. We will share the details in the Monday announcement.
What if I already have OG role?
You can’t use your old Explorer, Listener, and other roles for the new Quest. However, you do have some advantages: you will find many tasks familiar, and you already have at least 2200 XP on Zealy (ex-Crew) to start with.
