We have an important announcement for you today.

When we launched the NinjaDAOs platform back in December 2021, our mission was to ease and facilitate the process of building and running P2E Game DAOs by providing the necessary tools in a self-contained fashion. Our main focus was on Axie Infinity, where the biggest Gamefi community is.

In the past 6 months, NinjaDAOs has managed and facilitated over 1200 Axie Infinity scholarships in total, and have more than 2800 registered scholars. A few of NinjaDAOs scholars were able to graduate and kickstart their own Axie accounts. It has been an exciting and fruitful journey for us and we feel very grateful and fortunate to be part of the community.

After carefully considering the current state of Axie Infinity and GameFi industry, as well as the direction our team is heading, we have decided that NinjaDAOs has run its course. We regret to inform you that the NinjaDAOs platform will cease operation on June 10th, 2022 effective. All the pending payments for scholars and managers will be settled within 5 business days after the closure.

Please check below for the specific timeline breakdown of the closure process:

• For managers, please withdraw your staked/posted scholarships on NinjaDAOs before June 10th.
• For scholars, please pay close attention to your NinjaDAOs account and registered email for the end time of your scholarship. Any SLP earned after the scholarship ends will not be distributed.

Even though NinjaDAOs has come to an end, our team will keep on building in Web3 and exploring other possibilities because we are keen and faithful to the future of Web3. We will keep on bringing you more Web3 native projects in the future.
