DAO Council & Governance🏛

• On July 5th, commenting on the frameworks closed
  • Shoutout to the community for reading and providing thoughtful feedback on the frameworks
• Next Steps
  • Review feedback and questions from the community and make adjustments
  • Upload the frameworks into snapshot and the community will have 2 weeks to vote (This will be announced!)
    • Will be able to use either a Membership Pass OR Genesis NFT to vote
    • Once complete, the community will be able to submit proposals with the framework acting as a guide

  • Head of Partnerships is currently being finalized with a full team being brought on soon afterwards and compensated via a success rate
• Amount of $RDAO tokens was not clarified in proposals?
  • Amount has been added to the proposal as the amount is mathematically 141,667 $RDAO
  • There is a buffer with the membership passes and NFT’s in the DAO bringing the total potential $RDAO to 170,000 $RDAO that can be used for partnerships, etc
• What will happen with the council once the frameworks are finalized?
  • We will still have a council with a lot of current council members still interested in staying on
  • The council will be restructured where committee members will have specific expertise in the area that they are working in
• How many people will be signing for the treasury and are they considered the treasury committee?
  • 9 people (3 core team, 6 DAO members) with not all of them being apart of the treasury committee
• 50% in stables feels aggressive. Do we expect most expenses to be in ETH? What is the current split?
  • We don’t expect to be that aggressive long-term, but we’re constantly monitoring the market and amount of capital that we have

• IPFS released IPFS streaming which allows us to stream content directly through the content platform
• Going to start having regular weekly meetings with the team and hosts for feedback about the host side of the platform
  • Mark dropped a little sneak peak on Twitter showing the progress of the content platform
