• Governance framework is going to be finished by June 10th
• Timeline
  • June 10th: All framework proposals are going to be finished internally
  • June 17th: All proposals will be finished in the form of a draft and ready for the community to review
  • July 1st: Deadline for the community to submit feedback
  • July 8th: The proposals go into SnapShot for voting by the community

NFT NYC🗽

• Shoutout to Fonz and tokenproof.xyz for helping put together secure, token-gating for Rug Radio holders for the events on June 21st and 22nd
  • Check out the Discord announcement for how to get your ticket for the token-gated events
• Hosting a 3-day event starting at the SuperChief Gallery on June 20th which will be open to the public
  • We’re working on a location for June 21st and 22nd which will be exclusively for Rug Radio holders
• John is curating photography for day 1 and photographers can submit their work with the all of the information as well as the application link in John’s Tweet
  • The link for days 2 & 3 for Rug Radio holders to apply to showcase their art will be released on Twitter and Discord soon
  • Rug Radio will be taking ZERO commission if your artwork sells!
• June 20th
  • John is putting together a curated NFT photography gallery for 80-100 photographers that have submitted their work and have been active in the space
    • Those 80-100 photographers then get to choose one photographer for a total of 160+ photographers
    • Those 160+ photographers will get to choose 1 additional photographer giving us a total of 320+ photographers in the gallery
  • This event is open to the public and free of charge, but the max capacity of the gallery is ~250 people so we will have to cycle people in and out.
• June 21st & 22nd
  • If you’re a Rug Radio holder & artist and want to showcase your art, we’re going to have the same submission process as we did for the June 20th event with the link coming soon on Twitter and Discord.
    • We will be curating ~500 pieces of artwork and creating a landing page on the Rug Radio website where collectors can scan a QR code at the event and search for different artworks which will live on the website forever.
    • From 10am - 4pm, there will be a curated panel of speakers with cocktails and vibes from 4pm - 7pm
  • VIP ticket ideas for those who hold rarer Genesis NFT’s will be coming soon!

Bildr Updates🏗

• Bildr was unable to make it to this week’s Town Hall, but Drew shared a video in the Bildr channel in the Discord showing a work in progress of what the host dashboard will look like along with a demo of its functionality.

  • Our newest Rug Radio team member, Kristina, had her baby last week!!!
  • 3 writers have been confirmed and have started writing content with more coming soon. If you’re interested in being a writer for Rug Radio, apply here and Patrick will be in touch.
  • Working on the Getting Started guide and onboarding process for creators and will be onboarding more hosts once that is finalized.
