• Council members had their first meeting last Friday

  • 472,200 $RUG Tokens were distributed to 1,328 wallets today
    • This includes the bonus tokens for anyone who submitted a question

Rug Radio x Bildr

• Rug Radio has officially invested in Bildr to the amount of $150,000 USD
  • Investment did not come from the DAO, but instead came from the 20% set aside from the primary sales for the core team
  • “Since Day 1 - even before Rug Radio - I want to be able to empower creators and companies within the Web3 space and to be able to elevate them and vice versa.” - Farokh
  • Bildr has already helped with creating the platform for the DAO Council voting and L2E Quiz infrastructure, but realized we wanted to develop a deeper relationship.
• Together, Bildr and Rug Radio will be developing a fully decentralized software platform for Media
  • This is the beginning of the fully decentralized media platform that we want to build

  • Once the platform is live, a sub DAO of RugDAO will be created transferring the management to the community

    • No matter where the content is created, it will live on the platform
    • Access is token gated and requires holding a Rug Radio NFT

  • Rug Radio & Bildr will work together to build a set of L2E courses specific to Web Development and help people coming from Web2 learn Web3 development
  • Once completed, community members can nominate themselves to become a contributor for Rug Radio’s web products
    • Sub DAO can also create a framework to govern how this carried out
      • This can include token-gated workspaces, auto-post, and/or multi-sig requirement for releases

  • Bildr and Rug Radio will be creating branded templates for any DAO to start from
  • These templates would make it easy to get started with things like:

  • Will be free to use and commercialized, but require a Bildr Studio Pass AND a Rug Radio NFT to access

Miscellaneous

• Core team is working on gathering community ideas and feedback for a set of fixed utility for each NFT & Token
  • This can include IRL, events, access, etc
  • For the tokens, the team is already working on partnerships to implement the $RUG token
    • Hosting a Spaces with Metascapes and others in the coming weeks where the $RUG token will be integrated
