During the past two weeks of Suter Shield V3 beta testing, we have received a lot of feedback. We decided to select and share a few reviews to the community in the hope that they may help in your circumstances.

Q1:
Recent Operation - I did a single-digit SBNB transfer from one Suter V3 address to another Suter V3 address.

E.g. I transfer 5 SBNB.

It shows up as "Transfer O SBNB" and not "Transfer 5 SBNB".

Is this by design or an error?

A：Please confirm you have actually transferred 5 BNB to the other address successfully. It's very likely that the transfer is not successful or the transferred amount is indeed 0.

Q2:
Recent Operation - - it shows date but would be good if it also shows the time stamp.

A: Sure, we will take that into account for our update.

Q3:
Sir, even though I am on the BSC network, I received an error that the transaction was not performed because I am on the ETH Network,
but I didn't get a screenshot!

A: Please take a screenshot next time so that our engineer could actually confirm this is indeed a problem with our product. We will definitely check it out if this is indeed an issue.

Q4:
1 Unit BNB = 0.01 BNB
It is little bit confusing to me also.
At first it's looks like you have 86 BNB. But actually you have 0.86 BNB.
Is it possible to hide this underlying algorithm from user? Can you just use multiply/divide so that user will only see actual BNB?

A: This is an interesting suggestion. We will definitely take it into account for our next update.

Q5:
To which address can I transfer SBNB?

A: Your Suter account.

Q6:
Where can I see incoming S-Token transfers?

A: You will be able to check the records of transfer transactions in our updates (coming soon!)

Q7:
If I refresh the page while having my wallet connected and logged in - my account disconnected and logged out. So if I do page refresh, I have to connect wallet and do login again. Why?

A: This is indeed not a very desirable feature. We will try to let the users decide when they wish to disconnect the Suter account and log out in our future update.

Please note that this beta test is deployed on BSC testnet. You need to receive test coins for product testing. We have explained in detail how to set up the testnet and collect test coins in the tutorial.
