Initial Node License Sale

  • Total Nodes for Sale: 100,000 nodes, divided into a maximum of 40 tiers.

  • First Phase Allocation: The sale is structured to prioritize the first nodes sold up to the closure of Tier 15, totaling approximately 75,500 nodes. These nodes are termed "Priority Nodes."

  • Priority Benefits: Priority Nodes gain exclusive access to a share of the 15% allocation of $HYB from the total token supply. They will receive their full allocation of transaction rewards and the 15% allocation without dilution for the initial two years of operation.

Conditions Post Initial Sale

  • Subsequent Sales: If substantial demand persists, the sale of the remaining nodes, termed "Standard Nodes," may be initiated beyond Tier 15. However, these nodes will earn rewards solely from transactions in which they are actively involved.

  1. NFT Issuance: Within 1 week after closure of the Public Storage Node Sale, investors will receive an ERC-721 NFT to the wallet addresses used during the sale.

  2. Ownership and Access: The NFT represents ownership of the purchased storage node. Buyers will receive one NFT for each node purchased, airdropped directly to their wallets without a claiming process. This license grants buyers lifetime access to operate the node.

  3. Transferability: The NFTs will be transferable immediately. This change allows node operators greater flexibility in managing their assets.

  4. Software Setup: Following the NFT distribution, the Hybrid team will release the storage node client software before the official launch of the Hybrid Mainnet. This ensures that node operators have ample time to download, install, and activate their nodes in preparation for network participation and reward earning.

Earning Rewards as Hybrid Storage Node Operators
