As AI agents become more powerful and autonomous, the need for infrastructure to verify, monitor, and coordinate their actions becomes essential. Hybrid is building the most modular AI Agent ecosystem in Web3, where agents can operate across blockchains, access real-time data, and interact with smart contracts. Integrity Nodes are a core part of this stack.
Unlike traditional validator nodes that secure chains, Integrity Nodes focus on compute and verification. Their role is to ensure agent behavior is reliable, transparent, and aligned with user intent.
Integrity Nodes perform several critical tasks within the Hybrid ecosystem:
Score outputs from AI agents, including LLM-generated content.
Rank signals and detect anomalies in trading, prediction, or automation.
Monitor vault activity and health metrics.
Log agent performance and verify behavior over time.
Validate model integrity and outputs for Agent Funds.
These operations ensure that agents are safe, consistent, and acting according to protocol-defined rules. This becomes especially important when agents control capital or execute trades.
Workflow:
Job Requests: Users submit job requests for verification (either agent actions or rollup blocks) through the Registry Smart Contract.
Node Assignment: The Registry assigns jobs to available Integrity Nodes.
Reward Distribution: The Registry triggers the minting of reward tokens and distributes them to the node.
Verification: The nodes validate either the L2 Rollup blocks or AI agent actions.
Completion: Upon verification completion, the node reports back to the registry.
Integrity Node operators earn rewards in three ways:
Token Allocation: A portion of Hybrid's total $HYB token supply is allocated to node operators. Rewards are tied to license count, not timing.
Gas Fee Share: As agents and dApps consume gas on Hybrid L2, a portion of those fees is distributed to active node operators.
Agent Fund Revenue: Revenue generated by Agent Funds and SDK/API usage is partially distributed to nodes, often in ETH or stablecoins.
Each Integrity Node license is issued as a transferable NFT on Arbitrum.
Licenses are capped: only 5,000 will be distributed pre-TGE.
Most pre-sold licenses were acquired by infrastructure partners and validators to ensure early compute coverage.
You can choose between two options:
Self-hosted VPS
1+ core CPU
2GB RAM
10 Mbps upload/download
Linux OS recommended
Node-as-a-Service (NaaS)
Use providers like NodeOps (https://x.com/NodeOpsHQ)
Estimated cost: $5–$10/month per license
Nodes can be scaled: multiple licenses (up to 50) can run on a single server, depending on hardware specs.
Integrity Nodes are essential to making Hybrid's AI infrastructure verifiable and autonomous. They provide the coordination layer that ensures Agent Funds operate transparently and securely. As usage grows, the need for reliable verification grows with it.
Whether you're a developer, trader, or builder, running a node means playing a direct role in the future of on-chain agents.
The public sale of Integrity Node licenses begins May 29 at 12 PM UTC. To learn more, visit https://buildonhybrid.com or join our community on Telegram and X.
