Hybrid has been live for a few months now. We’ve seen the first wave of adoption, we’ve shipped core products, and—just as importantly—we’ve learned a lot from the community of builders, users, and node operators who’ve jumped in early.

This post lays out where we’ve been, where we’re going, and what you can expect in the coming months.

Where We Started

Since launch, Hybrid has evolved into a modular stack for building and scaling AI agents in Web3.

• Atlas became the AI copilot for Web3 data — enabling natural language queries across onchain and offchain datasets.

• Build (Beta) launched, allowing anyone to turn prompts into working agents, dashboards, and dApps — no code required.

• Integrity Nodes went live, bringing validation, monitoring, and economic security to the ecosystem.

• 230,000+ Hybrid wallets were created, powered by Privy, during our incentivized testnet and launch phase.

• $HYB was deployed across Base, BNB Chain, and Arbitrum — with liquidity consolidated to PancakeSwap as our primary onchain trading layer.

The foundation is here. Now it’s time to push forward.

The Road Ahead

Q4 2025 — Season 2

The next phase is about sharpening the tools we’ve built and scaling participation.

1. Airdrop Season 2

   Season 1 brought in thousands of wallets. Season 2 will be broader and more structured — rewarding node operators, builders, and users who actively contribute to Hybrid.

2. Build Upgrade

   Build moves beyond demos:

   1. Deploy agents and dApps directly to providers like Supabase.

   2. Download and self-host generated code.

   3. Expanded templates (token-gated apps, bots, automation flows).

3. Node Monitoring

   Tools NodeOps and the Hybrid team have built Prometheus exporters and dashboards for Integrity Nodes. Next: a native monitoring dashboard that shows uptime, heartbeat performance, and reward tracking in real time.

4. Unified Data API Expansion

   More chains, more offchain data sources, more reliability. Developers will be able to plug agents into a broader surface area of Web3.

5. HYB Payments for Credits

   Credits power all Hybrid products (Build, Atlas, Unified Data API). Until now, they’ve been stablecoin-only. Starting this quarter, you’ll be able to pay directly in $HYB — staking demand and utility in one step.

Early 2026

Atlas 2.0

Atlas shifts focus from only accessing data to executing actions onchain:

• Execute wallet transactions.

• Trigger DAO votes.

• Automate portfolio management.

• Connect seamlessly with Hybrid’s smart wallet and permission system.

Build Expansion

Build becomes conversational: describe what you want in chat, and an AI agent scaffolds, deploys, and iterates on it in real time.

Cross-Ecosystem Partnerships

Hybrid agents won’t exist in isolation. We’re actively working with DePIN, modular L2s, and AI infra projects so Hybrid agents can plug into different ecosystems and extend functionality beyond our own stack.

Integrity Nodes 2.0

Nodes move from validation to governance and verification:

• Stake on agent outputs.

• Run custom verification challenges.

• Participate in network-level decision-making.

Agent Marketplace

A curated space where agents built on Hybrid can be discovered, tested, and monetized. Builders earn from usage; users access ready-made tools.

Ongoing

Some commitments are always in motion:

• Maintaining liquidity and CEX/DEX presence for $HYB.

• Supporting builders through SDK improvements, docs, and grants.

• Iterating on developer tools and integrations.

• Expanding the reliability of monitoring and node infra.
