About the Yukiyazuki series
The "Yukiyazuki" series is a sake designed by Yukihana Lamy with particular attention to detail, including the raw rice, rice polishing ratio, yeast, and alcohol content. “Daiginjo Yukiyazuki” and “Yukiyazuki Favorite Model” won bronze medals at IWC 2022 and 2023, the world’s largest wine competition. "Microfoam Yukiyazuki" is also scheduled to be exhibited at various world competitions.
