Where to begin
Design requests are accepted exclusively via the Design Request feature in our website.
Lead Time
ETA’s (Estimated Time of Arrival) stated are from when all details are received. Avoid delays by including all relevant information in your request. The Designer loses no time finding missing information. Lead time is 10 days. If you need a graphic in less than 10 days or include the word “urgent” in your request it will be rejected.
Available Designs.
At your disposal are a set list of designs. In order for us to serve dozens of design requests each month to many cities we have to be efficient, so customised elements are limited. Usually colours, text and background photos are customisable depending on the job.
Single-Use Designs
We don’t have the resources to make designs for single-use cases. Every design we make should be for a regular occurring event, or an event that’s repeatable worldwide.
Sizes
We offer the images sizes shown below. If you need a special size you can ask but it may be rejected until such time demand for it increases. We work exclusively with Metrics.
Choosing Photos
We display our events in the best possible light, with high quality shots in a ‘candid’ light:

Venue Address
Use minimal details, no postal codes or long technical area names. It’s for people, not drones! The Designer will not adapt this for you.

Design Packs
When making a Design Request, select one of the following Design Packs:
New City Pack - ETA 1 week

Frequency: Once per year
Group header
One generic header for all groups
Event header - 5 Days
Photos and data must be provided in the design request. If no photo is attached, a temporary stock photo is used. Up to 3 stock headers may be requested per venue. Events running over 6 weeks should use own photos.
Frequency: Every 2 months.
Video Header - 1 week
For cities with 2+ events and 6 months passing monthly review. 1st can be with our generic stock video.
Frequency: 1 Time
Special Events Header - 1 week
For Special Events and Satellite Events.
Frequency: 4 Specials /year. 4 Satellites /year.
Card - 1 week
This is our “Flyer”, give them to anyone and everyone. 85 x 55 mm. Image and data must be provided in the design request
Frequency: 1 time
Collectors Card - 1 month
For cities with 2+ events and 6 months passing monthly review.
Frequency: 1 Time
Poster - 1 week
Available in A4 and A3 size but please specify which you want. Data must be provided in the design request
Frequency: Once every 6 months
J-Flag - 5 Days
Street Banner, otherwise known as a J-Flag. For placement in the street if the venue is difficult to find (Not inside, and not visible from the venue). 180 X 50 CM. Various colours available.
Frequency: Once every 6 months
Custom requests
If your request isn’t covered by our templates or need different dimensions it will be considered on a case by case basis that we have the right to reject. All specifications must be in metric measurements to be considered.
DIY Designs
Managers (and teams) are not permitted to make their own designs using the ML logo. If you need something done, send the work to us and put your feet up! Custom designs are deleted on site.
