Stability

A regular weekly gig, not 1 time, nor 10 times, but for as many months or years as you like. Most events are on a weekday evenings, so are unlikely to conflict with weddings or other valued jobs.

Clear Conditions

Your agreement with the Event Manager includes payment in local currency, access to training + resources, acceptance of the below mentioned conditions and the specifications in the Photographers Guide all as a condition of working together. Under no circumstances should photographers offer or be requested by the local team to work as a “volunteer”.

Exposure

Create photography you’re proud of and put your name on it. Your photos on FB go with your name, if we publish your photos on Insta, we’ll tag you.

Improvement

Mundo Lingo is indoors with low lighting and subjects who move around constantly, frequently displaying a plethora of highly-animated facial expressions, hand gestures and fascinating body language. It’s the ideal training ground for any aspiring professional.

đź‘ŚVibe Check

We welcome photography lovers, student or pro, who seek a platform to develop their knowledge and expose their skills. You need your own DSLR camera and computer. We count on 30-40 quality photos per event stage to the dynamic and atmosphere of Mundo Lingo.

The atmosphere that's generated is unique, with a lot of people moving around, chatting, having a drink, but very much so with a cultural event feeling. We encourage you to add your own personal artistic eye to the photos.

Photos are delivered to your Embassy on Telegram.

  • 1 album of 30 to 40 photos in a ZIP file

  • 1 “Top Pic”. Favourite photo from your album (not in the ZIP)

  • Forward your Top Pic to Collaborators → Studio

Conditions

Event Managers and Photographers agree to the following:

  • Arrival no more than 2 hours after the event starts.

  • Present for 2 hours.

  • Payment received after photos are delivered.

  • 1-2 drinks by invitation of the Event Manager (Beer, Wine or Soft drink).

  • 30-40 high quality photos of high quality.

  • Photos to be received within 36 Hours.

  • Photographer can put their name on the photos in one of the lower corners, with a maximum dimension of 10% of the height of the shortest side of the photo.

  • Photos given a minimum of 1800 pixels on the shortest side of the photo.

  • We kindly request 2 weeks of notice for time off or leaving the assignment.

  • The Photographer is responsible for his possessions at all times.

  • The Photographer concedes full rights of author to Mundo Lingo.

  • The Event Manager agrees to publish the photos with the Photographer’s name in the corner of each image if requested to do so by the Photographer.

  • Anything not specified here should be consulted and discussed before making changes to the photos.
