As Mundo Lingo’s network expands we strike a balance between freedom and peaceful coexistence as much inside our real-life events as on the internet in our forums and social media.

Mundo Lingo’s Network Rules

Rules for all of Mundo Lingo’s online spaces

  1. Only Private Message people you've met. Sending PM (Private Message) to other members you haven't met yet for whatever reason is a ban. If you receive unsolicited PMs from a member, please report to Admins.
  2. Insults or use of highly vulgar language may result in a ban (think family).
  3. Commercial Posts, Offers of paid services, products, properties for sale, rent or any form of request for receiving money or donation will be deleted along with their author with zero warning.
  4. Admins must respect Free Speech. Admins respect the right for members to voice opinions so long as it is not violent* in nature. Attacking ideas is permissible, attacking people is not.
  5. Personal Data Don’t share personal data or ask others to share theirs, this includes phone numbers or links to whatsapp groups. Please beware of phishing attacks!
  6. SPAM pt.1 If you made 2 of the last 5 posts, take a break. We want to hear from you, but take it easy.
  7. SPAM pt.2 website links or images may be deleted by admins if their intention is not clearly non-commercial, or their relevance is questionable

Global rights of our members

These rights are upheld by Collaborators and members alike, both inside our events and on the internet.

  1. Members must uphold and may benefit from free speech
  2. Members must uphold and may benefit from the right to sanctuary from violence*
  3. Members must uphold and may benefit from free passage.
  4. Members must uphold and may benefit from accurate information
  5. Members must not include or exclude other members from any form of participation based on age, sex, race, disability, religious or ideological persuasion.
  6. Members must uphold these commitments in order to benefit from them.

For context of the above text we give the following definitions of “Violence”

  1. Speech calling for harm or injury
  2. Speech of disdain for the physical or intellectual appearance of other members
  3. Frequent repeated speech designed to coerce a member to accept or comply.
  4. Deliberate imposition or removal of physical objects resulting in harm or injury
