Starting Stock
Exact quantities depend on your city, but we recommend:

Minimum 100 pages of Home-Country flags

Minimum 80 pages: English dialects including at least 20 UK and 20 US

Minimum 10 pages: French, German, Portuguese and Spanish

Minimum 10 pages: China, Japan, S.Korea, Russia and a light spread of Arabic countries

Generous sprinkling of Latin America especially Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico

Minimum 1 sheet of Ambassador, Birthday and Sign Language flag

Minimum 1 sheet of each ‘Standard Design’ (See below)

Delivery Address / Phone Number
Update your address and telephone number in your profile before creating an order. When you make an order, these details are used.
Order Review
This is where the calculations of your order are shown. As you enter your order hit ‘Calculate Order’ to get an updated price.
Standard vs Rare Designs
Un-check ‘Rare Designs’ to see only ‘Standard Designs’.It’s best to stock at least 1 sheet of each Standard Design
Customs
Each country has its own import rules. While most countries receive our deliveries with no extra costs there are a few that charge extra. Mundo Lingo is not responsible for any charges incurred by your countries’ customs officials.
ETA
Our suppliers work hard to get deliveries to you as quickly as possible. The official ETA for orders is 14 days. Managers should not expect orders to arrive before this. Our suppliers don’t accept “Urgent” requests. It’s not possible to make orders arrive in less time, please don’t ask (or pressure) suppliers to do so.
Strikes
Minimum Stock
Managers must hold a minimum stock at all times. When holding less than minimum stock they are obligated to make a new order, else accept a strike.

Penalties for the Under-stocked
If reported to be under-stocked, or unable to provide proof of holding minimum stock on request, Managers are given notice from which 7 days grace is given to make an order. After this period the Managers receive a strike or penalty. Another 7 days may result in a suspension of licence to run Mundo Lingo events.
Local Printing
Stock must come from Mundo Lingo-designated suppliers. CM’s who print locally or use stock not provided by ML, will receive a strike and penalty.
