VR Live platform VARK completed approximately yen C wheel financing

In recent days, the VR live platform VARK announced the completion of approximately yen C wheel financing. This round of financing comes from Jafco Group Inc, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Inc and ANRI, as well as from the newly participating SBI Investment Inc and third parties to the web-friendly games.

It is known that new funds will be used to strengthen existing product development systems and to accelerate the development of virtual services.

It is understood that VARK was established in August 2017 and was previously the company VR Act Evolve, which provides services such as virtual live platforms, cosmic templates, 3D Virtual Image Video Production Tool. In November 2018, the company released a two-stage occupants VR for the application of VARK, allowing users to view VTuber and virtual artists on-site performances near VR.

Previously, VARK completed a $600 million yen B wheel financing, with more than double the number of virtual on-site performances per year. In addition, VARK organized large virtual concert festivals in cooperation with Cable and Tokyo Television. The 3D virtual video production tool “VARK SHORTS”, released earlier this month, has been used by more than 10,000 users over a few days.
