  The proposal passed, the function of voting stopped and displayed the final number of votes and results.

C. Operational Progress

• The 10,000 GXC share campaign closed at the end of the proposal period and a snapshot of the participating wallets' accounts was completed at the same time. D. Brand Progress

• On December 7, GXChain's proposal for a complete revamp was passed and the company was officially renamed REI Network, a proposal that was followed up by overseas headline blockchain media Coinpost.

E. GXChain Ecosystem

• GXC-FLY node has already paid out all the extra staking proceeds to the voting users in November. Also for this REI Network on-chain governance vote, FLY node has advertised the vote for the whole community, and has established a FLY node telegram group, welcome to join https://t.me/reifly.
• GXC-FLY node will conduct a GXC airdrop on December 15 for the New Year and Anniversary series NFTs issued by FLY node, the total amount of the airdrop is 200 GXC, the airdrop conditions must meet staking vote ≥ 5000 votes, voting weight ≥ 2, and hold the address of NFT.
