According to the release of Huawei developer alliance, the first openatom openharmony (hereinafter referred to as “openharmony”) ecological enabling signing ceremony was held in Shenzhen on April 15.

Under the guidance of the openharmony Working Committee, Huawei has conducted in-depth discussions on the development of industrial distribution versions with six openharmony distribution version manufacturers, including Austrian thinking, Honghu Wanlian, kaihong Zhigu, Runhe software, shenkaihong and Tongxin software (in alphabetical order), completed the signing of openharmony ecological enabling cooperation agreement, and announced the opening of Huawei’s technology accumulation and rich experience in the field of operating system development, Enable the first six partners to develop the industry distribution based on openharmony and contribute the installed capacity of openharmony to the community.

Openharmony open source project is an open source project incubated and operated by the open atom foundation. Openharmony is mainly contributed by Huawei and jointly built by many companies. It has the characteristics of full scene and distributed. It is an all domain, new generation, open source and open intelligent terminal operating system. Openharmony is building a terminal equipment ecosystem for the consumer market and industry market, providing a unified and integrated digital innovation basic platform for industries including personal consumption, medical treatment, finance, energy, industry and transportation, which will cover the next generation of intelligent scenes such as home, travel, sports health, entertainment, office, education, social shopping and industrial production.

In order to accelerate the ecological development of openharmony, Huawei will continue to open up its technology and experience in operating system development and operation. Based on the actual demands of partners and industry, Huawei will provide more than 20 enabling services, including industry insight, standard co construction, software architecture consulting, training and enabling, technical support, R & D tool suite and industrial talent development, and provide end-to-end services from product planning, development, testing to listing and operation.

In 2022, the six openharmony distribution manufacturers signed this time will launch commercial distributions for multiple industries based on openharmony.

Austrian thinking: it is planned to launch the first commercial release of Milos for general industrial and Internet of things applications in May.

Honghu Wanlian: it is planned to release the first openharmony commercial release for commercial display industry terminals in mid April this year.

Kaihong Zhigu: successively launch the release versions of openharmony education, transportation, industry, smart city, agriculture and other industries, and release model cases and industry solutions.

Runhe software: hihopeos industry releases based on openharmony will be launched successively, such as openharmony releases for finance, education, energy and other industries.

Shenkaihong: Based on openharmony, kaihongos will be launched in eight fields including finance, government affairs and industrial control, and the business ecology will enter a stage of rapid development.

Tongxin software: it plans to launch openharmony intelligent terminal operating system and solutions for education, finance, transportation, energy, power, telecommunications, government and other industries.
