Weaving Dreamy Soundscapes, Where Reality Transcends

I’m Erin Hyvin, a singer-songwriter from Spain. There aren't many musicians in my country who are actively engaged in both web2 and web3 communities, so I feel incredibly grateful and excited to gradually be building a community in both realms.

But let's rewind a bit. Music and art have been a big part of my life since childhood. From participating in dance competitions to performing in musicals, I eventually found my voice through songwriting. Although I always composed melodies, my journey as a songwriter truly began in 2018 when I decided to move to Los Angeles.

My soul was yearning for self-discovery, pushing me to put my life in Spain on hold and move 5,000 miles away from my family to a place where I could confront myself, heal my wounds, and grow.

I chose the United States because I aspired to be part of the American Dream and make my life a work of art.

That idea seemed attainable so I took with me an empty notebook to write stories that later would be translated into sound.

I met beautiful people along the way and experienced life like never before. Time went by, and I eventually decided to go back home.

The pandemic hit and I immersed myself in music, longing to create something meaningful after that transformative experience. However, I needed a clear vision, find a distinct sound, and a unique brand identity. So, I delved into music production, experimented with DAWs, and reimagined songs in my own style, searching for a genre that would define me.

Music became my catharsis, a space to express emotions that transcended words.

Finally, in 2021, I entered the studio and with a producer began crafting Erin Hyvin's universe. I wanted to create a realm where ethereal sounds would blend with unfiltered lyrics, transporting listeners to a dreamlike state of mind transcending reality.

This later emerged as my debut EP, ‘It Was All A Dream- 5 songs that portray the American Dream, a fantasy-like world filled with a sense of freedom, manufactured fame, and shattered dreams.

In July 2023, my EP took flight on web2 and a month later, with no prior community or experience, I ventured into the unknown depths of web3, releasing a couple of songs- I wanted to take advantage of the endless opportunities that this ecosystem brings to musicians.

Now, as I reflect on everything that has happened since then and how I've evolved as an artist, I feel as though I'm now on a mission to raise the vibration of the planet through high-frequency love in the form of art in any way, shape, or form- creating art that heals and helps you step into your higher self.

I'm here to serve this purpose, and I invite you to join me and become a part of it.
