1、 Carry forward Lei Feng spirit and be a propagandist of civilized practice. The power of example is infinite. To carry out voluntary service to learn from Lei Feng in the new era, we should combine it with strengthening the ideological and moral construction of citizens, widely publicize Lei Feng’s stories, sing Lei Feng’s hymns, inherit Lei Feng’s spirit, widely publicize the voluntary spirit of “dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress”, practice civic morality, strive to be a volunteer pioneer, and consciously take the initiative to serve the society and the people, Highlight the spiritual value in the process of building a civilized Inner Mongolia. We should vigorously publicize the regulations on the promotion of civilized behavior in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, publicize the code of civic ethics and Civilization Convention, add luster to the eternal banner of Lei Feng spirit with your and my good deeds, encourage and drive the people around us to join the ranks of voluntary service, and strive to be a practitioner of civilized practice of voluntary service in the new era.

2、 Carry forward Lei Feng spirit and be a leader in civilized practice.
