What is the story about?

Sui City is similar to other cities, as it is different from them. Sui City is a collection of NFTs that forms a city on the Sui blockchain. The four elements of any city are citizens, buildings, infrastructures, and economy. In Sui City, citizens are members of the community, buildings and houses are NFTs, infrastructures are scripts, and the economy is built on blockchain technology. Sui City is an open-source city built on two pillars, honesty and technology. To build Sui City, we are committed to taking small, purposeful steps.

Why Sui?

We are realists! But we have reasons to believe that Sui will soon become one of the biggest names in the blockchain industry. Thus, our community has the opportunity to become among the first and most pioneer builders of Sui. Sui is the world's first permissionless layer 1 blockchain and was developed by a team of ex-Meta engineers who founded the $2 billion MystenLabs. Owing to its innovative technologies, Sui is currently a big hit among the community (developers and investors). Sui's improved transaction speed, chain security, and efficiency could lead to the emergence of Dapps, coins, NFTs, and games that crypto lovers have awaited for a long time. Thanks to parallel transaction technology and consensus mechanism, Sui has recently reached up to 120,000 transactions per second, and with its own version of Move, it allows the creation of more secure and creative smart contracts.

Currently, Sui is making good progress in its Testnet phase, and with an increasing number of developers and investors, it will soon move to Mainnet.

What is the forward path?

The sky is the limit! But let's proceed cautiously. We see the Sui City project as a journey that takes shape and evolves with its community. Therefore, in the first step, we must introduce ourselves and build a community. The Sui House collection serves as the main structure of the city and establishes the foundation of the project. In future announcements and articles, we will provide more details regarding this collection. However, it should be kept in mind that Sui House owners will have top priority in future releases and other project stages. However, before moving forward with the project, Sui House could be seen as simply an NFT collection.

How to get involved?

We do not have to wait until the launch of SUI Mainnet. Since the launch date of the Sui Mainnet is unknown, we do not want to delay community and project development. Therefore, we offer the Sui City Passport NFT collection to the early and active users of the project on the Optimism network. The holders of Sui City Passports will be recognized as early stage investors in the city, and noticeably, just as in all projects, early investors will enjoy a large chunk of the project profit. The first benefit is that Passport guarantees a free house to its holders. When the Mainnet launch is completed, passport holders will be able to burn them on the Optimism network and receive a free Sui House on the Sui blockchain. Those who missed a passport mint can buy a passport on secondary to get a house on sui Mainnet or wait for the official mint of sui houses on sui Mainnet. The Sui City passport collection will be offered to the community at a lower price than the Sui House collection to appreciate our early investors. passport holders' wallets are permanently registered as the city's first investors. We will also provide a test mint of Sui houses and the transition from passport to house on the Sui Testnet once before the Sui Mainnet launch to ensure that everything will be done perfectly on the Mainnet.

To obtain a Sui City Passport, you must first be whitelisted by engaging in Twitter activities and Twitter giveaways, completing tasks in Crew3, or participating in raffles on the project's website.
