Feelin’ Fly in HyperFy 🕺

They say home is where the heart is, and there’s a lot of love in the WIP HyperFy parcel. 💌

Each week, the fantastic WIP Crew members Fractilians, Rizzle, and NiftyTime put in the work to make it a unique and playful experience, and we’re eternally grateful to them for keeping the community entertained! 🤹

The WIP community tends to push the metaverse to its limits, so that’s no small feat! ⛰️

Fabiano and Patrizia were kind enough to give the WIP community some epic green arrow motorcycles, each with their own personal froggy chauffeur! 🚗

This adorable pair’s creativity and generosity will melt your heart – they’re seriously the best, so show them some love! 🤟

While we did our best to follow the rules of the road, some world-class artists shared with us an exclusive sneak peek into their upcoming collections. 👀

Surreal Visions - Elise Swopes 🍄👁️

Dropping on November 15th, 2023, Surreal Visions reimagines art history through the unique lens of Elise’s artistic journey. 👣

Drawing on iconic 20th-century surrealist artists like Dorothea Tanning, Gertrude Abercrombie, Helen Lundeberg, and Remedios Varo, each piece adds a new dimension to the time-honored surrealist tradition. 🌌

The coolest part? Each piece corresponds to a distinct astrological period – during that period, the work changes state before reverting to its “still” state for the remainder of the year. 🤯

Now that’s expressively surreal. Make sure to check out Elise’s other collections as well, and mark your calendars for the upcoming drop of Nifty Gateway! 📅

404 Show - Patrick Amadon 📹

Providing a way for artists to mutually discover one another, 404 Show shows why decentralized art is the way of the future. 💻

Artists can submit one piece per quarter, which will then be curated into the macro-collection. From there, famous collectors have already lined up to grab a piece of the action. 🧩

While the initial August 2023 collection has concluded, Patrick shared that the collection’s success prompted him and supporters to collaborate in organizing a non-profit to carry the initiative forward. 🤝

And Patrick is no stranger to taking risks – his run-in with the CCP at Hong Kong’s art expo has him listed as “pro rioter,” and Xi’s cronies put custom malware on his computer. 👾

Turns out that showing the names of the arrested Hong Kong protesters for a quarter-second is more than enough to draw the ire of the CCP. Talk about walking on eggshells. 🥚

The WIP community is incredibly thankful to Elise and Patrick for sharing a bit more detail about the fantastic collections they’re currently working on. 🙏
