1. After completing my morning routine (gym, meditation, gratitude), the first thing I'll do is check prices using @coingecko and @tradingview , and also check the MtM of our farming portfolio.

2. Then I'll sync up on our ReFi Farm chat with myself and @_iammarkc

and @mathdroid . We'll discuss market outlook, ideas, deployments. We share screenshots, transaction ID's and get agreement on next steps.

3. I'll then hop on over to Discord and connect with our various partners, speaking to DeFi protocol founders about upcoming developments, farms or vaults that we might be interested in. Here's a chat with the team at Bent Finance about $cvx plays.

4. I'll also pop over to our chat with the impressive guys over at

@Midas_DAO and discuss some ideas that might work for their $4mm+ treasury. In return, they also share interesting developments in the $AVAX ecosystem as well as investing in $ReFi

5. I'll head into our Telegram chat and show some love to the team and our investors, discuss strategy and the gameplan for the day.

6. We'll then go back to screening for farming opportunities using tools such as

8. I then head over to Twitter to get some more alpha from the likes of

9. I then jump on a call with

and we talk in a lot more detail about the low risk, medium risk and high risk buckets. We'll identify certain positions to optimise, add to, or take profits on.

10. And then that lines me up nicely to do some execution such as adding to our $DPX position on Arbitrum. I check my calendly, sip my coffee and get ready for my first call of the day...
