Butt,not head decides the destiny

Is success luck or ability?

We often say that money made by luck is lost by ability

Luck is like rain. When it rains, you can use a cup, a washbasin or a bathtub to pick it up.

We can't control the rain, but this is something we can build ourselves to have opted for the cup, washbasin or bathtub.

You must have your own framework in order to inherit the luck God has given you.

For success, both ability and luck are indispensable. In Buddhist terms, it is called karma.

Speaking of water, a friend A told me an interesting story when he was a teenager.

There are many terraced fields in his hometown. The water of the terraced fields flows down from the mountains. If the water is low, the fields below may be short of water.

He said that his mother was a very positive person, and often made them go to the mountains to rip the water after finishing their homework at night, so that the water could flow better and irrigate the fields below.

He said, in fact, there is not necessarily water, but whether there is water or not, what should be done must be done.

In retrospect, he thinks this positive attitude has greatly helped his career along the way. even a decisive factor.

This story left a deep impression on me.

What is destiny? A sentence popped into my mind - destiny is your relationship with the world.

When it comes to relationships, it starts with how you see the world. The angle you look at, in fact, has already determined the relationship.

For example, there is a person who always feels that the world is sorry for him, and he will look at the outside world from the perspective of a complainer and an avenger.

When he keeps looking at it this way, his feelings are always complaining, anger, and grievance.

When he chooses this perspective, he has locked in his own feelings, so he has locked in his own destiny.

If another person, no matter what happens, he will first find the reason from himself, he will always accept the unchangeable, and change the changeable.

When he has been looking at the external world in this way, he is looking at it from the perspective of a creator.

His feelings will be positive, fulfilling, and imaginative.

When he has been looking at the outside world in this way, he is also locking his own destiny.

When it comes to investing, the same is true.

Some people are full of anger and complaints when they lose a little money, believing that someone manipulated them to cause them to lose money, that it was the incompetence of the listed company that caused them to lose money, or even that the market deliberately turned against them.

When he has been looking at the crypto market from this perspective, with complaints, anger, and powerlessness, he has locked his own destiny in investment.

And if a person looks at the market like a friend, like seeing a big river, he just builds his own container and puts a little water in it.

His feelings may be positive, joyful, fulfilling, and allowing himself to fail.

When he has been looking at the market from this perspective, he has also locked in his own destiny in investment.

I remember in a recent article I talked about a model from a psychologist and trading coach.

After observing many traders, he believes that most people try to use the "analyze-think-change" path to change themselves, which is in vain.

A better framework for a trader to change himself is: see-feel-change.

The source here is "seeing". When you look at it from a different perspective, your feelings will change, and your relationship with the world will change.

And it's not your head that decides the angle to look at, it's your butt. Where your butt sits is more important than you think.

In fact, in the process of being an investment coach and trading coach, I have also come into contact with a large number of fund managers and various market participants. Many times, I take them to see from different angles, and when I really see it, the change will happen naturally.

Zeng Qifeng, a psychologist I like, once talked about ways to change personality.

A person's personality is very low-level, and it is difficult to change. How can we shape a person's personality? For example, how to cultivate a child's healthy personality?

He says the best way is to shape in the relationship. One way is to read a lot. Reading is building a relationship with the author of the book. In Liang Wendao's words, the real importance of reading is to try to experience life from the author's perspective.

There is also a more direct method, which is to take the children to meet all kinds of great people.

It is not necessarily to learn practical skills and knowledge from the great people, maybe it is just a close observation, to feel that the great people can look at problems from different perspectives, and your personality will have more plasticity.

Thus, fate has more possibilities.
