We want you to be our companion writing history by using the synergy to unite two different worlds. On one hand, the physical world and the way donations are made and on the other hand, the digital world emerging into Web 3.0.
The AOD Statues
The AOD Statues stand for a process in which every participating party is going to win in the AOD ecosystem. Winning is defined in these specific statues as a way to successfully participate in our upcoming platform & network.
The statues are divided into:
- The process of the donation
- Tax deduction for donors
- Non-governmental organization (NGO) & Charities
The Process of Donation
It is our vision to create a possibility for every donor to be able to donate as much as they are willing to contribute. As a benefit, the donor will be gifted one of our Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT).
In-depth we are using the NFT as a bridge between the physical and digital world.
Tax Deduction
As a Non-Governmental Organization, we will make sure that every donor who is willing to provide the needed credentials / personal details will receive a “receipt of donation”.
The receipt will be based on the requirements and the template of the IRS. Due to obvious reasons, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any legal- & taxpayer rights nor common law of your country
The responsibility lies in every donor to clarify how the receipt should be applied.

NGO & Charities
Our priority is donating for a good cause. We are building strong bonds between charities, NGOs, universities and AOD. We pursue to not only donate as many funds as possible, we will also onboard participating parties to the Blockchain and Web 3.0, if they agree with our core values.
Another core value is transparency. We are and always will be 100% transparent in every move we make. Hence, extending an invite to our Discord server, where you will discover our weekly journal, milestones, current goals reached and future proceeds.
In addition, all of the information will be translated into the most spoken languages in the world. An effort that no other company in Web 3.0 has ever made before.
It is our goal to create a framework that keeps the barrier to entry into Web 3.0 and the Blockchain as low as possible in order to reach and fulfill our mission:
AOD GENESIS AUCTION
We will organize a “Genesis” auction with ten 1|1 NFTs. We want to create an event where every donor has the opportunity to be able to donate as much as they are willing to contribute. As mentioned in our previous Whitepaper, we will be donating 75% of all funds to a charity chosen by the community.
All NFTs will be visible on the platform where the auction will be held. This creates the opportunity for individuals to bid on the good cause they want to support.
All owners of the genesis collection will have major benefits in the future of AOD.
AOD SEASON ONE
Season One of our collection will be held in a similar way as our Genesis Auction. To ensure we receive sufficient donations to support charities, we will set a minimum amount to donate. Every transaction will be fulfilled through our upcoming website, which will also provide the possibility to request a “receipt of donation” after submitting the required credentials.

Once the donation is confirmed you will be randomly gifted one of our NFTs:
In addition to obtaining the NFT, you will receive detailed information about the pathogen and disease. Furthermore all information about the diseases, pathogens and our upcoming collections will be showcased in our future educational database.
Funds & Collection / Results of Season One
After receiving the donations of Season One we will at least donate 75% to a charity chosen by the community. We will provide a carefully selected list of charities / NGOs that are willing to work with us and support our vision. Representatives of these organizations will interact with our community and explain about the mission of their charity/organization.
We want to make sure that the donated funds are being used for either research or to support NGOs in their mission. We will actively continue to stay in contact and follow their progression. Moreover, we will publish a success blog to showcase progression, milestones, and final results achieved.
We want to be transparent on how we use the funds donated. Therefore we want to provide a brief overview:
- Visibility of the AOD Hot Wallet & Cold Wallet
- Visibility of the AOD Bank account statement
- Access to our Journal where we provide transparency of every step taken
- Visibility of partnered NGOs / Charity wallets
- Summary of donated funds in total - for specific NGOs / Charities
In addition to this we will use the funds for:
- Bootstrapping AOD as an NGO Start-Up
- Setting up real-life Events and Charity Galas
- Accounting and Fundraising expenses
- Public Information & Education services
- Management and Team compensation
- Governmental expenses
Moreover, we aim for raising the percentage of funds donated in the future.
