After several editions of #APRENDOcripto, we identified that our graduates have a growing interest in continuing their education. To meet this demand, we created #ComunidadAPRENDO, a space aimed at breaking down barriers to accessing the blockchain sector in Latin America. We offer a regional networking community that brings innovative and relevant topics together with free training, interactive practices, workshops, and discussions about opportunities within the ecosystem.

What is #ComunidadAPRENDO?

#ComunidadAPRENDO is not just a continuation of the #APRENDOcripto workshop; it is a platform designed to empower its graduates. Upon completing the workshop, participants gain access to this community, which provides resources, continuous learning opportunities, and spaces for connection and collaboration. The goal is to enhance both the personal and professional growth of its members, encouraging their active participation in the blockchain ecosystem.

Main Pillars of #ComunidadAPRENDO

Community: This pillar aims to create a network of support and shared learning. Gamification encourages active interaction and teamwork, offering rewards for participation and collaboration. We also organize both in-person and virtual meet-up nodes that facilitate regular activities aligned with APRENDO’s mission.

Training: Represented by the #criptoIMPULSO program, this pillar promotes ongoing education in blockchain, digital skills, and socio-emotional competencies. The objective is to eliminate the barriers that vulnerable communities face in accessing technology. We offer free courses, mentoring, and opportunities to participate in talks, contests, and workshops within the ecosystem.

Community Structure

The community is organized into levels, from explorers to network leaders, providing a personalized growth journey for each member. Additionally, peer interaction is encouraged through collaborative challenges and meet-up spaces.

Vision for the Future

With a presence in 10 countries across Latin America, over 50 editions of #APRENDOcripto, and more than 900 graduates—48% of whom are women—#ComunidadAPRENDO continues to expand, strengthening learning and creating new opportunities for its members.
