Here is some progress update on what we've been working during last months. We've finally released our testnet for closed beta (you can apply here), where you can already deploy your custom DAO on testnet, deposit some funds on it, create proposals, vote on them, connect your DAO to the frame.sh wallet and transact directly from DAO balance using any DeFi protocol or DEX exchange. You can check our recent Demo Video. FInd detailed activities descriptions below.

Development progress:

• You can already deploy a custom investment DAO, set up the initial price of liquidity token, and mint it automatically on invested liquidity;

• When deploying a smart contract manager can restrict who can join his DAO (allowlist only specific wallets)

• When deploying a smart contract manager can restrict withdrawals to specific allowlisted trading pairs and protocols, so he will not be able to withdraw funds to some random wallet.

• You can create an onchain proposal to change DAO parameters and revoke access to the DAO capital to the current manager;

• You can burn received lp tokens to get your funds back with or without rage quit;

• You can connect your DAO directly into your frame.sh wallet and use interfaces of any DeFi protocols or DEXes

• Smart contracts guarantee the safety of the invested assets since smart contract controls funds outflow programmatically using fully onchain governance. Nothing happens on our backend. Aspis is an interface to interact with smart contracts;

• Our smart-contract are a fork of Aragon v1 - reliable and audited smart contracts deployment and governance infrastructure serving more than 2000 DAOs

Business development update:

• Won regional BNB Chain hackathon and going for the international final in 1 month

• Conducted number of CustDev interviews with potential platform users

• 3rd place on Cube chain (Huobi hackathon)

• Started negotiations with various potential partners / investors to help us wth business development and marketing

• Added extra workforce to the community management team

• Launched premint of product NFTs on Discord

• Launched Discord community
