I chose this writing style, hoping to show and bring emotion into the web3 and to connect with readers. Human readers. Human readers with rollercoasters of emotions and are not always positive. And though the true punk in me wants to revert to my favorite Rage Against the Machine song, Maslov's hierarchy of needs reins true.
So, I will regain my positive outlook and find my way through this maze while attempting to collaborate and coordinate well with others.
I was scattered. I was not working or communicating effectively. Looking at myself and the possible reasons for this, it boils down to not having my basic psychological needs met. I also had a heckler, of sorts, who just seemed to kick me when I was down. You know the dude in Happy Gilmore that constantly says "you suck" to Happy. Yea, like that.
It may have given me the kick I needed to utilize action in its verb form and decrease my words.
The ETH being drained from my wallet was a setback, but I have creatively worked around that, utilizing things I am working on in other areas. A fellow contributor, @sandeepdas917 was also kind enough to forward some of our DAOs native tokens, so I can reward contributors with governance rights.
I started to get my ideas and the workflow needed down using a miro board.
It is a work in progress - no harsh judgment is needed!
As you can see, there are many working pieces here, as this will require an effort from every Guild and Department, along with a handful of projects. Effectively collaborating will be necessary to succeed, which has proven to not be a strong suit for me.
Deep down, I believe that I can navigate this maze of humans and human coordination, and it will create a wonderland of opportunities for those curious about web3.
Priorities this week:
Have a meeting with other collaborators in this project (note meeting will revert to async with any hint of moloch)
Flesh (note: need a thesaurus) out the miro board.
Write a proposal (note this will have to pass the Gentleman's club approval, and it appears they are on non-speaking terms with me.)
Attend a portion of the Dev Guild's weekly sync. This project is Dev heavy. (note: Alignment on mission, vision and values is required)
Create a design contest for the New Punks on the Block NFT. (note: help needed with requirements)
