Balance just might be the key

This is the fourth weekly update as a recipient of the DAOpunks Cohort_02 Grant. I am proud to say that throughout the week, I remained positive throughout my interactions. I even stepped, no, I leaped, out of my comfort zone to grow the project in the right direction. Although I remained positive throughout the week, I faced multiple challenges. These challenges include a lack of time, resources, concepts, and support. At times, I felt overwhelmed, like I was being pulled in different directions. I talk a little about that here:

But the biggest challenge that reoccurs is finding the right balance in the technology divide. I feel the pressure to fully embrace the latest web3 technology and utilize the countless platforms and tools available, and while I would like to, at the same time, I also recognize the importance of balancing technology with human interaction. I also have not found that any of them offer the balance needed. (determined by comparing multiple data sources) You can listen to some of that struggle here:

To try and address this challenge, I updated my Miro board to visualize the balance between technology and human interaction. This has helped me keep this balance in mind, and I hope that others looking to get involved can also visualize the same.

Another challenge I faced was coordination, as this project will ultimately need collaboration among every guild, department, and project in BanklessDAO. This requires a lot of communication and collaboration so everyone is on the same page. To overcome this,
I began working to improve coordination by setting clear objectives.

I also began outlining a proposal for community buy-in, which will help ensure the community's needs are met. This will also be an avenue to get feedback in general.

In addition, I've started to outline the necessary education lessons and how I envision the marketing strategy.

On the content creation front, I created three audiograms discussing the struggles with balance that I have encountered. I also began experimenting with NFT platforms, creating my own NFT! Check it out:

This is not the ideal platform I would like to use, but after 6 attempts using others, it is what I could do. I also used Chat GPT for the first time. You can listen to my thoughts on that here:

Overall, it's been a productive week. I feel that I'm making progress while trying to keep the balance between technology and human interaction in mind.
I'm excited to see where this next week will bring me!
