SOS, Web3
  • SOS for Opensea users hasn’t been fully proved yet, though it gives Opensea a reminder: The expectation for Web3 is that user contributes, user owns data and user gets return. It proves that if the application needs user, the application should grant token to user, because user prefer it, or the application is not fully web3, and it may lose user.
  • All users should get token, though to be fair, the more user contribute, the more return he/she gets, and the “users” include VC and Dev team. We can’t deny that money and codes are needed to build the project.
  • In idea web3 world, not only Opensea, not only GameFi, actually, every application that user engages should be tokenized, including reading, shopping, sports, and so on. It means all application can be rebuilt with web3. It’s a new world of web3.
  • The application of web3 is the most natural way to attract users, while keeping the crypto underneath, especially the scenarios of the web2 applications on which current user spend more time.
  • The only most important thing for web3 application is to generate value for all tokens holders, and that’s business.
