To get started:

When asked to connect your Telegram account, Telegram will open in a new window. Hit Start in the Cielo Wallet Tracker channel and then return to Cielo to complete the onboarding process.
You choose the addresses to follow and the filters to add, and Cielo will supply the rest, serving up the latest tx and events as they unfold across the leading EVM chains.
What can you do with Cielo?
