Was there a 2nd round or presales?
Yes, 2nd round sale was carried out on 27th April through a drawing event, which gathered such overwhelming attention that the draw raised 200 million JPY in twelve hours, and 1.3 billion JPY in a week. By the time the application was closed, the total had accumulated to a mind blowing 2.7 billion JPY, and the chances of winning based on the application amount skyrocketed, reaching a record-breaking 207.1:1 for the MR pack. A purchase limit was put in place, one pack was counted for those with multiple application submissions.

Three types of starter packs were being sold on the 2nd Sale:
