Most NFT projects do not have a product, they are just a piece of art with a “Roadmap”.
They say they are going to do a bunch of things, and you are constantly hearing the phrase, “When we reach 10%, we will do…, when we reach 20% we will do…, and when we sell out this will happen.”
The Cyber Beast Social Club is different.
Instead of all the HYPE, we decided to take it upon ourselves and invest.
We acquired a beautiful ground floor clubhouse in downtown NYC and fully renovated it to make it perfect for our members!
Our clubhouse is secured, it exists, and most of all it's REAL.
No more worrying about rug pulls and no more worrying about projects disappearing!

Mission
The Cyber Beast Social Club’s mission is to merge the gap between the digital and physical world through technology, allowing for IRL and virtual experiences to simultaneously occur with seamless interaction.
While the NYC physical clubhouse serves as the main hub for the fellow Cyber Beasts to hang out and host events, during the day and when massive events are not happening, the social club will serve as a physical Crypto Art Gallery.
About the Cyber Beast Social Club
The Cyber Beast Social Club is located at the intersection of 13th Street and 1st Avenue in downtown Manhattan. It is 2 stories, the first floor is the art gallery/clubhouse space where events will be held, and the second is the members only lounge.
The Cyber Beast Social Club is designed meticulously and truly focuses on the experience. High definition video screens, along with a high fidelity sound system was built in the space to ensure for only the highest quality experience for its members and guests.
The first event will take place once 10% of the project is minted.
While we wish we could have every member attend, we have to limit the occupancy to 150 Beasts. This will be randomly selected using a random number generator without replacement (1-9,999). The selection of this process will be done LIVE on the Cyber Beast Discord. Winners will be airdropped their ticket to attend the event. If a winner is not able to attend they may list it on the secondary sales market, like OpenSea.
When an event is not occurring, the Cyber Beast Social Club will serve as a Crypto Art Gallery. We want to empower our Cyber Beast community through the Cyber Beast DAO, and allow for holders to be the curators.
Cyber Beasts will collectively decide which art pieces will be displayed within the gallery.
Members will vote through the Cyber Beast DAO on which pieces are accepted into the gallery.
The Metaverse Nightclub
The ultimate goal is for the Cyber Beast Social Club members to co-own a nightclub to seamlessly integrate the digital and physical worlds together. In order for that to happen 100% of the project needs to be minted. We are here for the long run, and our over $800,000 investment into the physical assets and development of the project is our proof of that. We are here to stay and we hope you are too!
$MOOLAH Token
The future of $MOOLAH token is very promising due to its ability to be used in both the digital and physical world. The Cyber Beast Social physical and metaverse club will accept $MOOLAH tokens for guests to attend. Upon completion of the event, the $MOOLAH tokens will be equally distributed to the Cyber Beast Social Club members based upon their holdings.
$MOOLAH is a special token due to its utility in the physical world. We have started local in NYC and are making our way globally. We have formed partnerships with retailers to accept $MOOLAH tokens in exchange for goods.
The future of $MOOLAH is very promising because we already have several locations in NYC that have agreed to accept the token for various items including food, smoothies, snacks etc… Hence, making $MOOLAH a medium of exchange.
To kick off the launch of $MOOLAH, the Cyber Beast Social Club will be pumping money into the liquidity pool as the project progresses as seen in the roadmap.
How to earn $MOOLAH: In order to earn $MOOLAH you will need to stake your Cyber Beast NFT. Staking requirements will be released as we get closer to the launch of $MOOLAH, but in simple terms… your Cyber Beast works for you. Technology The intermingling between cybernetics and animal DNA has introduced a new hybrid species to the ethereum blockchain. 9,999 CYBER BEAST SOCIAL CLUB members live as ERC-721 tokens.
As of now we have a working prototype using low frequency bluetooth proximity sensors that members were during physical events that clone their Cyber Beast in the Metaverse. Members will be given special wearables when they attend in order to interact with members that are attending digitally.
The intermingling between cybernetics and animal DNA has introduced a new hybrid species to the ethereum blockchain. 9,999 CYBER BEAST SOCIAL CLUB members live on the Ethereum blockchain as ERC-721 tokens.
Play To Earn (P2E)
We have a physical clubhouse in NYC and we are developing aspects in which $MOOLAH can be earned in the physical world through the use of P2E games. We have retained an attorney that specializes in crypto technology, and we are outlining the terminology and types of games that can be played in order to be able to be compliant with the law.
The main focuses on this conversation are the definition of value, and the determination of game of skill vs a game of chance, and the elements of skill vs chance. We need to make sure that we are compliant with both state, federal and local laws in regard to this model.
Given the infrastructure that we have built, we will be partnering with existing play to earn games to be able to bring them to life in the physical space. Members will have the opportunity to play games in the physical world and earn $MOOLAH.
THE DEV TEAM
Hey I’m Franklin, a chill guy that enjoys the little things in life. I founded the Cyber Beast Social Club with my friend Mark with the goal of merging the digital and physical aspects of NFT technology together.
At heart I am an artist, with my medium of choice being physical space design and experiences. But at the core root, I am a developer.
I entered the crypto market several years ago when ETH was at $400 USD, and I guess I’m proud to say that I was an early DOGE adopter, but that was just fun and games. NFTs are my passion and joy. I have been collecting for years. My vast knowledge in the crypto space, technical experience with smart contracts, combined with my amazingly talented friends of artists, engineers, and investors allowed the Cyber Beast Social Club DEV TEAM to form.
I used to work for a big corporate company but felt limited on how I can truly make an impact on its future. I am a very creative person, and I like to get things done. Because of this, I quit. The corporate structure by no means allowed me to do that, making it impossible to get anything done.
My goal for the Cyber Beast Social Club is of course to develop the product even further, hit all of the roadmap targets, but most importantly I want to assure that everyone’s voice is heard and we can make collective decisions together as a community.
Our goal is to be as transparent as possible in regard to who we are and our levels of experience. We have a physical location and we are here in NYC. So if you have any doubts about our project or think we are not real, just come to NYC and knock on our door and talk to us. We are highly active in Twitter Spaces and also on discord and are here to answer any and all questions you may have. Female
Leading the team with me is Mark. He is one of the main investors of the project and is the main reason we were able to secure the space on 13th street and 1st avenue, NYC.
He has been in traditional investment banking/vc for 30+ years, and mostly invests in blue chip holdings. His main claim to fame was his import and exporting company based in NYC that had a yearly revenue of $200 million USD.
Mark is just a really nice guy and it is a pleasure working with him. He is an avid blockchain enthusiast, and holds a wide collection of NFTs.
