the path

- from exploitation towards co-creation

In my view, this is the gradual path for the individual, societal, environmental and economic (I SEE) development, which goes hand-in-hand together in unity (U):

1. exploitation (hoarding) - 2. non-harming (sustainability) - 3. regeneration (renewal) - 4. generation (co-creation)

Exploitation (Hoarding): Exploitation refers to the use or utilization of resources or entities for personal or societal gain. It often involves taking advantage of something or someone for economic or other purposes. In the context of natural resources and the environment, exploitation can refer to extracting or utilizing resources without considering the long-term consequences on our ecosystems. In the context of individual relationships, it can involve using others for personal gain (narcissism) and in the context of our society, it means political and other corruption. This is where we are.

Non-harming (Sustainability): Non-harming, also known as sustainability, is a concept that emphasizes the responsible and balanced use of resources to ensure their long-term availability while minimizing negative impacts on the individual, environment and society. It involves making choices and implementing practices that meet current needs without compromising the ability of the future self, or future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainability aims to maintain psychological and ecological balance, promote individual and societal happiness and well-being, and support economic development without depleting resources or causing irreversible harm. It means being kind towards ourselves and our planet. This is what we are working on.

Regeneration (Renewal): Regeneration or renewal is the process of restoring, replenishing, or rejuvenating individuals, natural resources, ecosystems, or social systems to a healthier and more natural state. It involves actively improving the conditions for life, that have been damaged or degraded due to exploitation or other negative impacts. For individuals, regeneration practices can include activities like psycho-spiritual therapies, physical exercise, good nutrition, rejuvenating sleep, spending time in nature and creating peaceful home environments. It also includes community connection and good relationships on the level of our society, and reforestation, habitat, biodiversity and soil fertility restoration on the ecological level. This is where we are heading.

Generation (Creation): Generation or creation refers to the production or development of new resources, ideas, systems or solutions. It involves innovative thinking, design, and implementation to generate something new and valuable, by using collective intelligence or co-creation. Generation can include the creation of alternative energy sources, the development of eco-friendly technologies, biomimicry designs or the invention of products or systems that are aligned with our needs and the needs of the planetary environments. On the individual level, it will bring about a new human who lives in accord with the perfect technologies of the nature. And as a result, also the whole society will move towards equality, transparency and community focus. This is the ultimate goal.

The outcome of the path is “buen vivir” or “the good life”, which means living a fulfilled life in harmony with the community and nature. With balance, wisdom and empathy.
