自 Jesse 发表关于渐进式去中心化的原始剧本以来已经大约三年。在剧本中，Jesse提出渐进式去中心化的三个路径 ，项目首先找到适合市场的产品，逐渐开始鼓励社区参与，并最终将所有权分配给参与用户的社区。
