TLDR: Without sharing and receiving feedback I wouldn’t be able to reflect on the land aspect.
In March 2021 I’ve purchased a 🏡 in London and I wasn’t mentally prepared to YOLO into an island 1000 miles away.
The massive fort for £500k is effectively the same project, under a different brand, different incarnation.
There are a few reasons why I will “let it flow” rather than actively pursuing at this point in time.
Buy stuff because it is practical, not because it is cheap.
Buy it and they will come? Maybe… That could work. Leap of faith.
If only I had more time, energy, money.
“drop everything and work on AI”
Someone with deep pockets. Buy it. RWA (real world asset), use it as collateral in ReFi.
Great resouces. Up to date. Lists of lists. Comprehensive:
Some projects on my radar lead by reputable people in the community, they deserve special mention, sharing with the intention of cross-pollinating resources:
As explained previously there is “deep pockets” option.
In the meanwhile the work on PlanetaryCouncil.org (system change) and basex.com (new definition of value) continues.
Someone mentioned “cult”. It would be great to have a “cult” and coworking space with people working on aligned regen project projects:
It would be great to have a RegenerationSpace.org
REGENERATE THE SPACE.
ESTABLISH SPACE TO REGENERATE THE PLANET.
Regen meme is alive and strong.
Many paths leading to the destination, many ways how “regen” can be interpreted.
The amount of available land is the biggest limiting factor:
Buy stuff because it is practical, not because it is cheap.
You get what you pay for, anything with land will be priced accordingly but better to wait for the right opportunity and not get distracted.
It was a worthy exercise, without sharing and receiving feedback I wouldn’t be able to reflect on the land aspect.
