DEFED 2.0 offers two registration methods. The first one is through email registration, which is more user-friendly for those who are new to Web3/DeFi. This registration method is consistent with traditional internet platform registration methods. The second one is through Web3 wallet login, which is suitable for users who are familiar with DeFi/Web3. Users can create a DEFED Account with one click through Web3 wallet login. However, if users want to use the password recovery function, they still need to complete the process of binding their email. Next, we will provide more detailed instructions.

I. Email registration:

Visit DEFED's login/registration page: https://v2.defed.finance/login/

Click 'Create a DEFED Account'.

Click 'Register with email'.

Fill in your email address and password. Confirm the password to ensure that there are no input errors. Read and check the agreement to DEFED's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and 'I agree to receive account updates from DEFED'.

Click 'Create DEFED Account'.

Click 'Get Code'. You will receive a verification email. Log in to your email account, open the email, and check the verification code sent to your email. Then fill it in on the page and click 'Create DEFED Account' to complete the registration.

Regarding solutions when users can't receive the verification email:

• Check your spam and advertisement mailbox to see if the verification email is mistakenly classified as spam or advertisement.

• If you use free email services (such as Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), make sure your email account is not disabled or restricted.

• Check if the email address you entered during registration is correct. If there is an error, please correct it in a timely manner.

• If you still can't receive the verification email after multiple attempts, please contact DEFED's support staff and provide your registration information and problem description. Let customer service personnel help you solve the problem.

II. Use an existing Web3 account to authorize creation:

For users who are familiar with DeFi/Web3, they can choose to directly connect and create a DEFED account with their Web3 account.

Visit DEFED's login/registration page: https://v2.defed.finance/login/​

Choose the Web3 wallet you are using. Take Metamask as an example, click 'Continue with Metamask'.

Click 'Verify Address'.

Click 'Sign' in the Web3 wallet pop-up window.
