EIC Season 01 Pass
The EIC is a members-only community seeking to advance EIC Quarterly and future EIC products. Membership is earned from one, or both, of two options:

Mint an NFT collectible in support of EIC

Contribute to EIC Quarterly (write, design, develop, grow, analyze, etc)
Each quarter, membership will become open to acquire or renew during a one-month period beginning at the release of each EIC Quarterly issue. During that period, an open edition NFT mint will be available in one of two tiers: Founder’s Club (0.59E, Mainnet) and Open Edition (0.039E, Base).

EIC01 Physical Collectible
EIC01 physical issues are collectibles from a first and final edition production run. EIC is pioneering a mint-to-produce model, where the production quantity is determined by the number of open edition mints that occur within the one month period.
IYK Integration
Every EIC real world collectible issue is equipped with an IYK NFC chip. With this chip, EIC collectibles receive several cool benefits:

Redeeming Your Real World Issue
The redemption process will go live on Friday, March 15th*. NFT holders will be added to an allowlist which will grant them access to a checkout form.
Once the order form is completed, you will be asked to burn one EIC01 NFT for every physical issue you wish to redeem. Once the NFT is burned, the shipping process will begin automatically.

Retroactive Rebates
The retroactive rebates program automatically retroactively discounts all EIC01 open edition NFT minters at pre-communicated mint quantities:
25% off at 500 total mints
30% off at 1,000 total mints
33% off at 1,500 total mints
That’s right. If the mint count goes above any of these figures, these incremental discounts will be applied retroactively (via an onchain rebate).
Flash Discounts
Flash Discounts is a program that gives a 25% discount (via rebate) to members of several distinct high-profile communities, for 24 hours each, during the final days of the EIC01 mint.
We will be releasing more details about which communities we’re partnering with soon. Don’t worry. If you mint your EIC01 ahead of a flash discount you would be eligible for, in the spirit of retroactive rebates we’ll still apply your discount!*
