Cadet Role :

Many questions are pending regarding this educational program, and it's time to answer them.

1) Is this educational program related to any Airdrop?

Yes, indeed, the details will be provided later, but you already know that the Cadet role will be necessary to obtain a portion of the “community airdrop” (A part of our airdrop). We will be pleased to reveal more information when the time comes.

2) Is the number of Cadets limited?

Yes, the limit is 3000 Cadets, and the good news is, we haven't reached it yet!

3) What is the role of Cadets in the long run?

An important question, indeed. Cadets will play a significant role; therefore, we will also monitor their activity, which will allow us over time to free up spaces for those who participate and have not been able to obtain the role.

So no, once the role is obtained, there is no guarantee of keeping it. It is essential to understand this.

We don't want you to feel obliged to grind on Discord or social media, but we also don't want people who aren't interested in the project to take a place from someone who might be.

So far, it seems normal, right? You are free to find your way to contribute to the Elys Network journey.

Brigadier Role :

While the Cadet role is reserved for community members, the Brigadier role is dedicated to people who can bring specific skills to help us develop our project:

• Moderator

• Influencers

• KoLs

• Developers

This role will have a different incentive, which will go through a Retroactive Public Good Funding (RetroPGF).More info about that soon.

But then, as a Cadet, what is my role?

You will be the decision-makers, the Brigadiers will be the contributors, and your job will be to judge their contributions with the Elys Network team to ensure that everyone who contributes to our ecosystem contributes correctly.

This is a fair way to distribute the RetroPGF; everything will be decided by the community and the team. In other words, to be rewarded, a Brigadier will also have to convince you, and for us, this is important.

Some of you may even have what it takes to become a Brigadier, and we will be happy to accompany you in this new role.

In conclusion, today you have an important role to play in our Elys ecosystem, and we have already worked out many ways to reward you.

It is up to you now to contribute, to find what speaks to you the most and what seems to suit you best.

There are no right answers; we just want active members who want to help Elys Network grow.

Some have already taken this path and are doing very well. We can't wait to see them among the Brigadiers.
