EVG and OKX to Fuel Asia’s Surging Web3 Ecosystem with Hundreds of In-house Developers
Hong Kong, 19 January 2024 - Everest Ventures Group (EVG), Asia’s leading Web3 venture builder, and OKX, a global-leading crypto exchange and Web3 ecosystem, today announced a strategic integration to cobuild the growth in OKX’s new Zero-knowledge powered Ethereum Layer2 Network.
EVG will integrate its ecosystem and open access to onboard over 100 EVG portfolio companies on OKX’s L2 to accelerate the mass adoption of Web3 across Asia.
EVG’s ecosystem integration with OKX’s L2 will provide user-friendly and mainstream-ready consumer applications which will be connected to the large OKX’s global user base of over 50 million, Ethereum and Polygon communities with a scalable and affordable decentralized infrastructure powered by ZK rollups.

The launch in Q1 2024 will see projects including Web3 gaming studio Mugen Interactive, free-to-play casual strategy card game Legend of Arcadia, MMOSLG Web3 game Last Odyssey, Web3 art platform LiveArt, open social infrastructure OpenSocial Protocol, Web3 talent platform Zeek and rewards platform Cassava Network. The full launch, combined with OKX Wallet integration, aims to lower the barriers and experience seamless access to Web3.
OKX’s L2 will serve as a key pillar of EVG's efforts to onboard both users and developers into the world of blockchain. Apart from the Ecosystem integration, both will cohost a Demo Day in early April 2024, connecting top blockchain developers, entrepreneurs, communities and investors from around the world in Hong Kong. The event will feature startup pitches, workshops led by industry leaders, and networking. It aims to nurture the next generation of builders and strengthen collaboration between Asia's thriving ecosystem and the global blockchain community. The Demo Day will help nurture exciting projects in the space to help achieve global success.
