Introducing the New Personalized Content Filter on Halo App!
Feeling overwhelmed by your news feed? We've got great news! Based on community feedback, we've introduced a new feature that allows you to customize your feed with a personalized content filter. Now, you can stay on top of the news that matters most to you.
About the Halo App
The Halo app is more than just a social platform; it's also a comprehensive wallet aggregator that includes on-chain transaction alerts. Whether you're following specific VCs or whale accounts to monitor their buying and selling activities, Halo makes it simple to stay informed with real-time updates, just like you would on any social app.
Why a Content Filter?
While it's valuable to have access to a wide range of information, sometimes it can be too much. That's why we introduced the content filter—to let you tailor your news feed to your preferences, enhancing the Halo experience by making it more personalized.
How to Set Up Your Content Filter:
Navigate to Profile > Settings.
Select Filter under Preferences.
Here, you can adjust Transaction Types and Hide Small Transactions:
Transaction Types include:
Transfer
CEX (Centralized Exchanges) Deposits and Withdrawals
Swap
DeFi
NFT
Other Contract Interactions
Hide Small Transactions: Set a threshold below which transactions will be filtered out.
If you choose to turn off all transaction-related posts, your feed will focus solely on user-generated content and reposts.
Enjoy the New Feature!
We hope you find the new Personalized Content Filter helpful. This update is just one of many enhancements we're planning for Halo. Stay tuned for more innovations that make your Halo experience even better!
