The current dominant system is based on scarcity, competition, and exploitation, which has led to the destruction of our environment and the social and economic inequality that we see today. It is clear that the world (current social matrix) isn’t broken. It functions as designed, and the result is degenerative. As the current economic paradigm strives for sustainability, I invite and encourage you to reimagine what is possible as we build a better present and future.

"We are reGens" Art Project and Community more than just represent the need for a reGenerative paradigm shift. “We are reGens” represents our collective ability to co-create a reGenerative ecosystem synergistically, while also prioritizing the well-being of all.

Reimagining Possibilities, within the context of “We are reGens”, is an invitation to embark on a transformative journey where we embrace the reGenerative potential that rests within us. It calls for a foundational shift in our mindset, as we harness the reGenerative power of language to envision novel and innovative ways to address social and ecological challenges.

By Reimagining Possibilities, “We are reGens” encourages us to tap into our collective imagination and explore uncharted territories of thought. It is about fostering a reGenerative consciousness that propels us towards a future where we restore, heal, and reGenerate the interconnected web of life.

Our community is focused on co-creating solutions that are reGenerative, rather than extractive, and that promote the flourishing of all living systems. By coming together and sharing knowledge, we are able to build a collective vision for the reality that is grounded in our reGenerative values: wholeness, abundance, and ecological responsibility.

Word Math: Linguistic Patterning, Etymology, Intentionality

Linguistic patterning and Linguistic Reflectivity are essential tools for embodying Word Math and fostering a reGenerative culture. Through the use of intentional and reflective language, we can promote reGenerative values and behaviors, contributing to a positive social field. By becoming aware of the linguistic patterns embedded in reGenerative culture, we gain insight into the language and “history” of the words we are using. This enables us to examine the impact of language on well-being and community development.

At the core of Linguistic Reflectivity is the recognition that language reflects culture and that our words significantly impact our cognition (perceptions, beliefs, and behaviors.)

This can be exemplified by the phrase "We are reGens," or when using the word "reGenerative" with an uppercase "G" which emphasizes ecological responsibility and our community’s commitment to reGenerating and regulating our environment and ecosystem synergistically.

Ultimately, by integrating the power of Word Math we will contribute to an eco-literate and restorative culture that reflects its members’ values and promotes positive social shifts. This process requires ongoing reflectivity, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn from the linguistic patterns and cultural and historical context of the languages we use. By doing so, we are set to co-create an eco-responsible food abundance ecosystem for ourselves and future generations.

“We are reGens” is an art project and a purpose-driven community set to co-create a reGenerative food abundance ecosystem that is in symbiosis with nature. The project was created and envisioned by me (iamcymatics.) I am a multi-passionate artist who recognizes the power of creativity in creating positive shifts. The “We are reGens” icon symbolizes the intention of reGens who are willing to co-create an ecosystem of solutions for all. To be a part of our community, you don't need own a business, be an investor, or even have any specific skills or expertise. All you need is a willingness to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. As a community, we strive for collaboration, mutual support, and the power of cooperative empowerment.

The Importance of Community

Communities are essential for growth, as well as self and social development. Being part of a community helps co-creatives connect, learn, and grow while fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose. In a time when technology has made it possible to connect with people from all over the planet, communities have become more important than ever.

It's also important to remember that a community has long been more than just a business, company, or investment opportunity. It’s true financial incentives, up until this point have been touted as a great way to incentivize participation. However, a world of financial incentives has objectively led to the degeneration of Earth's ecology. Community is built on a foundation of connection, meeting needs, shared values, and intention; it is integrated with the willingness to make a difference. The importance of community cannot be overstated.

The “We are reGens” community is inspired by nature's ability to create thriving and resilient living systems. As such, we are committed to designing our community and projects using principles and practices that align with the reGenerative patterns found in nature. This means using our systems thinking approach to consider the interconnectedness of all elements and strive to co-create wholeness.

Living Systems’ Design Principles can be seen in the way we approach our art projects and community initiatives. Our vision is to create a supportive and inclusive space where artists and community members can co-create in a reGenerative and collaborative way. We encourage experimentation and learning from mistakes as part of the process of growth and evolution. We are determined to minimize waste and ensure that our projects and events positively impact the environment and community as a whole.

By using Living Systems’ Design Principles, we aim to create a community that is self-organizing, adaptive, and resilient. Our hope is that our community serves as an example of how reGenerative principles can be applied to all areas of life, from art and culture to community and technology.

The Importance of Censorship Resistance

The concept of censorship resistance is becoming increasingly important in today's digital landscape. With the rise of centralized platforms and the potential for censorship and control by a select few, it's crucial to explore alternatives that provide greater autonomy.

We recognize the importance of censorship resistance and are committed to building protocols that are resistant to censorship and control. By leveraging blockchain technology, we will create a decentralized ecosystem that is open, transparent, and resistant to FUD.

Through our incentivized participatory process, we are able to ensure that the art created by our community members is insulated from censorship and control. By owning our art, collectors have the ability to hold, sell, trade, or display “We are reGens” art to help us spread awareness.

In addition, our incentivized participation model encourages community members to actively participate in the growth and development of the ecosystem, creating a self-regulated and censorship-resistant protocol. Through this approach, we are able to ensure that the “We are reGens” community remains true to its values and purpose, providing a space for reGens to come together and build a reGenerative landscape.

Participation is key to building a thriving community. We recognize this and have designed our community to incentivize participation. ReGens who participate actively in our community can gain Incentives and Claimables. Our incentivized participatory process creates a positive feedback loop where community members are inspired to contribute, and their participation is rewarded.

This creates a sense of exclusivity and belonging for participants, and encourages them to continue contributing to our community. Social Utility Tokens: Where reGens & Web3 Meet

An rNFT, or reGenerative non-fungible token, is a type of NFT that is designed to promote reGenerative practices and principles. Unlike traditional NFTs, which are typically used for degenerate digital art and collectibles, rNFTs are tied to IRL reGenerative artists, communities, and projects, such as reforestation, ecosystem restoration, or reGenerative food abundance.

Example: rNFTs royalties are set to 10% therefore, every subsequent sale of that rNFT will trigger a 10% royalty payment to me.

I will donate/sacrifice the rNFT royalties received as a way to ensure the short and long-term success of my dream, and vision. See Artist Statement. The royalty feature of “rNFTs” is meant to provide ongoing support for our community. In addition to incentivizing collectors to trade as a way to contribute, or to hold onto their rNFTs for longer periods, the value of the community and art will increase over time.
