The detailed rules for HootLabs points are as follows：

• How to login to the points page

• Use your browser to open the official address https://www.hootlabs.io/, then click on the stake module to enter the stake page, connect (with the MetaMask of NFT inside) the wallet address and you can check my scores. The points gained can be exchanged for goods in the Points Mall.

• How to get points for staking

• 1. Points earned from staking are calculated according to the time of the staking and the number of staking.

• 2. The base points are earned daily for staking an NFT, and the base points vary for different types of NFTs, superimposed calculation.

• 3. Note: The number of INKEPASS and Hootbirds staking are calculated at the same value, while the number of YING staking is calculated at a higher value.

• Calculation of points for single staking：

• A. Theme setting.

• 1. We will set up theme months by month in combination with the larger ecology to dynamically adjust the NFT corresponding score.

• 2. Combine with co-branding cooperation or other operational angles of expansion, dynamically adjust the NFT corresponding score.

• B. General mode:

• Single staking 1 INKEPASS will get 20 base points per day, superimposed calculation.

• Single staking 1Hootbirds will get 5 base points per day, superimposed calculation.

Points calculation - time/quantity:

A.INKEPASS/Hootbirds/ staking Time Calculation:

Up to 30 continuous days of staking, each NFT produces base point per day+1

Up to 90 continuous days of staking, each NFT produces base point per day+2

Up to 180+continuous days of staking, each NFT produces base point per day+3

B.The number of INKEPASS/Hootbirds staking is calculated in the same way.

INKEPASS/Hootbirds Staking Quantity Calculation：

Staking 2-10NFTs, gross product of all NFTs x 1.1 = Total points balance

Staking 11-32NFTs, gross product of all NFTs x 1.18 = Total points balance

Staking 33+ NFTs, gross product of all NFTs x 1.24 = Total points balance

Points Description

• Points will be calculated and issued from 0:00 UTC+8 after 24 hours of staking NFT (points are not tradable)

•  Points will not be calculated for the day if the staking is cancelled by the user before 24:00 on the same day.

• Once points have been exchanged, they are non-refundable.

Staking Description

• Staked Hootbirds or YINGs will remain in your wallet and will not be affected by the staking.

• Batch staking and batch unstaking are supported, saving approximately 30% in gas fees for batch staking.

• You can increase the number of staking and release some of them in tthe staking process.

• Staking must be released in advance before trading on OpenSea and other platforms, otherwise the transaction will not be successful.

• Staked INKEPASS may be unstaked for a period of time if they are pending order on OpenSea, etc.

• Staked INKEPASS will leave your wallet and be transferred to the official staking contract.

• Batch staking is not available at this time to ensure contract security.

• INKEPASS in staking status will be transferred to the official staking contract and will need to be unstake back to the user's wallet in order to freemint.

B、通用模式:

单独质押单张INKEPASS，获得20基础积分每天，数量叠加计算。

单独质押单张Hootbirds，获得5基础积分每天，数量叠加计算。

积分计算方式-时间/数量：

A、INKEPASS/Hootbirds质押时间计算：

连续质押达30天，每个NFT每天获得基础分+1

连续质押达90天，每个NFT每天获得基础分+2

连续质押达180天以上，每个NFT每天获得基础分+3

B、INKEPASS/Hootbirds质押数量计算方式相同：

质押2-10个NFT，所有NFT生产总值×1.1=总积分

质押11-32个NFT，所有NFT生产总值×1.18=总积分

质押33+个NFT，所有NFT生产总值×1.24=总积分

积分说明

• 质押NFT达24小时后，UTC+8 0:00开始计算积分并发放（积分不可交易）

• 用户在当日24:00之前取消质押，不计算当日积分

• 积分一旦兑换，不可退换。

质押说明

1. 质押状态的Hootbirds或YING，仍在您的钱包内不影响使用。

• 支持批量质押和批量解除质押，批量质押约节省30%的gas费

• 支持中途增加质押数量，也可以解除部分质押数量

• 在OpenSea等平台交易前需提前解除质押，否则无法交易成功

• 质押状态下在OpenSea等平台挂单时，在一段时间内可能被解除质押

2. 质押状态的INKEPASS，将离开您的钱包转移至官方质押合约。

• 为保障合约安全性，暂不支持批量质押。

• 质押状态的INKEPASS转移至官方质押合约里，需要解除质押回到用户的钱包里，才能freemint。
