InterSwap is an AMM (Automated Market Maker) that facilitates the swapping of any asset across any chain. It is not a bridge, but rather an Omnichain Liquidity Layer (or AMM).
InterSwap aims to resolve issues inherent with legacy cross-chain solutions such as cross-chain bridges, CEXes, intermediary assets/chains, etc., by addressing financial risks, capital inefficiencies, and sub-optimal user experiences.
Built natively on Axelar, InterSwap boasts cross-chain communication capabilities that enable fast, secure, and economical transactions.
Context:
The Invite-only testnet, InterSwap Genesis, is live across Six chains, including Optimism.
For current InterSwap Genesis users, this integration will:

Allow a 1-click transfer of assets from Optimism to other chains and vice versa.

Enable permissionless pool creation in Optimism or in conjunction with other chain assets.

Facilitate single-sided (asset) liquidity addition/removal.

Open MetaMask and click on the network selection dropdown. Choose “Custom RPC” to add a new network.
