Sorceress

Thine eyes are of dusk and dawn, twilight and daybreak,

The very threshold ‘tween realms, they shake.

Casting a gaze that places my mind in a maze,

Tell me, Sorceress, what spell have you placed ‘pon me?

‘Tis a volting, vibrant and vivacious emotion thine presence invoke,

Vexing and vivid vixen you, do verily provoke.

Enthralling and enslaving thou Enchantress,

Shifting, switching my slipping and sluing sanity,

To thine divine image.

Finding myself savoring our short and sweet embrace,

Something that, solely so, soothes and satiates soundly,

This notion I bottle like a potion.

Your presence, posing present perplexion,

Heroine mine heroin, I do admit

Although administered in miniscule, in minute minutes,

Finding myself already an addict,

Inducing injection, invigorating…

Thine image haunting like a ghost,

Tell me, I beg thee, the very same spectacular specter,

This phantastic phantom,

Was more than just a spell?
